 ZONING'S PREVIOUS COMMENTS. PREVIOUS COMMENTS HAVE BEEN
 RE-LISTED BELOW.
  
 2. IN ADDITION TO THE PREVIOUS COMMENTS, REVISED SHEETS
 SHOW A CHANGE IN THE BUILDING FOOTPRINT ALONG S. DIXIE
 HWY. THIS CHANGE NEEDS TO BE REFECTED ON THE SITE PLAN
 AS WELL AS CONSISTENTLY DEPICTED ON ALL BUILDING
 SHEETS.
  
 [PREVIOUS COMMENT #1] PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF PROPERTY
 SURVEY WITH RESUBMITTAL.
  
 [PREVIOUS COMMENT #2] PROPOSED LANDSCAPE ISLANDS ALONG
 THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING EXTEND INTO THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY. ANY WORK IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY WILL REQUIRE
 A SEPARATE RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT BE SECURED. IT IS
 RECOMMENDED THE LANDSCAPE ISLANDS BE REDESIGNED AND
 LOCATED COMPLETELY WITHIN THE PROPERTY LINE AND
 ADDITIONAL STRIPING PROVIDED WHERE THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND
 WOULD HAVE EXTENDED TO FOR TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PURPOSES.

 ($300,000) EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE
 ($425,631) ACCORDING TO THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S
 OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF
 THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE
 LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL
 APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE
 ZLDR. IF THE SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2)
 COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE
 SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE
 SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE
 ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE
 PERMIT AND IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING
 MATERIAL TO BRING THE SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
