 1. PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF PROPERTY SURVEY WITH
 RESUBMITTAL.
  
 2. PROPOSED LANDSCAPE ISLANDS ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF
 THE BUILDING EXTEND INTO THE RIGHT-OF-WAY. ANY WORK IN
 THE RIGHT-OF-WAY WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE RIGHT-OF-WAY
 PERMIT BE SECURED. IT IS RECOMMENDED THE LANDSCAPE
 ISLANDS BE REDESIGNED AND LOCATED COMPLETELY WITHIN THE
 PROPERTY LINE AND ADDITIONAL STRIPING PROVIDED WHERE
 THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND WOULD HAVE EXTENDED TO FOR TRAFFIC
 MANAGEMENT PURPOSES.
  
 3. THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($300,000) EXCEEDS 50%
 OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($425,631) ACCORDING TO THE
 P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT
 TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE
 SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE
 SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A
 LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE
 INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES
 NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND
 IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL
 TO BRING THE SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
  
 4. SEPARATE PERMIT REQUIRED FOR LANDSCAPING.
  
 5. SEPARATE PERMIT REQUIRED FOR PARKING AREA STRIPING.
  
 6. CORRECT STRIPING DETAIL TO SHOW DOUBLE STRIPED LINE
 ON BOTH SIDES OF THE HANDICAP PARKING SPACE. ALL
 STRIPING TO BE WHITE EXCEPT FOR INSIDE DOUBLE STRIPED
 LINE FOR THE HANDICAP SPACE SHALL BE BLUE. PLEASE
 CONTACT ME FOR A COPY OF THE DETAIL IF NEEDED.
  
 7. INDICATE LOCATION OF MINIMUM 10 FEET BY 25 FEET
 LOADING ZONE LOCATION [ZLDR SEC. 94-485(P)]. PROPOSED
 OVERHEAD DOOR ON REAR OF BUILDING INDICATES A LOADING
 AREA WILL BE IN THE REAR. TO FACILITATE THE
 INGRESS/EGRESS AT THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY, THE DRIVE
 AISLE TO THE REAR OF THE BUILDING SHOULD BE WIDENED TO
 A MINIMUM OF 24 FEET.
  
 8. FOR PROPOSED WORK WITHIN UTILITY EASEMENT AREAS,
 PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLETE UTILITY EASEMENT CONSENT FORMS

 9. INDICATE SETBACKS OF NEW PAVERS ALONG THE NORTH SIDE
 OF THE BUILDING. PAVERS MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 2 FEET
 FROM THE PROPERTY LINE [ZLDR SEC. 94-305(B)(7)].
  
 10. HOW IS TRASH COLLECTION BEING HANDLED FOR THE SITE?
  
 11. PROVIDE ONE BICYCLE PARKING SPACE [ZLDR SEC.
 94-485(Q)].
  
 12. PLAN INDICATES INSTALLATION OF NEW ROOFTOP
 EQUIPMENT. PLEASE INDICATE HOW THE NEW MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT WILL BE SCREENED FROM VIEW.
  
  
 RECOMMENDATION(S):
  
 A. STAFF HAS CONCERN REGARDING THE LOSS OF WINDOWS AND
 OPENING ALONG THE S. DIXIE HWY. FACADE. CONSIDER ANY
 CHANGES THAT MAY ENHANCE THE APPEARANCE OF MAINTAINING
 A STOREFRONT CHARACTER.
