 THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF EACH OF THE OCCUPANCIES AND
 COMPLIANCE WITH 2014 FBC-B 508.2.1 AREA LIMITATIONS /
 MIXED OCCUPANCIES.
  
 2)SHEET LS1 DOES NOT LIST IF THE BUILDING WAS DESIGNED
 AS SEPERATED OR NON-SEPARATED OCCUPANCIES BETWEEN THE
 ASSEMBLY AND BUSINESS OCCUPANCIES. 508.4.4 SEPARATE
 OCCUPANCIES OR 508.3.3 NON-SEPARATED.
  
 3) SHEET LS1 ALSO LIST A RESIDENTIAL R2 OCCUPANCY BUT

 PRIMARILY PERMANENT IN NATURE AND NOT CLASSIFIED AS
 GROUP R-1, R-2, R-4 OR I. NOTE THIS IS A MIXED USE
 OCCUPANCY, THE RESIDENTIAL UNIT IS CONSIDERED A R3.

 A1.2 THE SECOND FLOOR PLAN & ROOF PLAN NOTE # 4 ROOF TO
 REMAIN. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
 SHEET A6.0 DETAIL # 2 DOES NOT INDICATE WHAT TYPE OF
 ROOF FRAMING IS LOCATED IN THE SOUTH PORTION OF THE ONE
 STORY BUILDING.
  
 6) SHEET LS1 THE CODE ANALYSIS DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY
 INFORMATION FOR THE NORTH WALL OF THE BUILDING OR THE
 REQUIRED FIRE RATING SEE 2014 FBC-B TABLE 602 FOR 10
 FEET OR LESS REQUIRES A 1 HOUR FIRE RATED WALL AND
 PLEASE REVIEW ALLOWABLE OPENINGS IN TABLE 705.8 PROVIDE
 THE PER CENTAGE OF OPENINGS INDICATED IN THE NORTH
 WALL.
  
 7) SHEET LS1 THE NORTH & WEST WALLS INDICATES NEW
 WINDOW OPENINGS (NOTE # 3) WITHIN THE BLOCK WALL BUT
 THERE ARE NO DETAILS AS TOHOW THE BLOCK ABOVE THE NEW
 OPENING WILL BE HELD IN PLACE. NO LINTELS OR BEAMS AND
 COLUMNS FOUND ON SHEET A11.0. PART OF THE MAIN WIND
 FORCE RESISTING SYSTEM.
  
 8) SHEET A11.0 THE ROOF AND WALL PRESSURES ARE TAKEN AT
 20 FEET PLEASE REVIEW SHEETS A5.0 AND A5.1 INDICATE THE
 ROOF HEIGHT AT 22FEET. THE OTHER ISSUE WITH THE
 PRESSURES ARE IN ZONE 3 THE PRESSURES ARE TAKEN AS IF
 THERE IS A 3'-0" PARAPET AROUND THE BUILDING, WHICH
 THERE IS NOT. PBC PICTOMETY DOES NOT SHOW 3'-0"
 PARAPETS. FBC-B 1609. 6.2 .
  
 9) SHEET A1.1 SHOWS A DETAIL FOR NEW EXTERIOR METAL
 STAIRS. IN BOTH SHEETS A1.1, AND A5.1 THE PLANS SHOW
 WINDOWS AND DOORS DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE EXTERIOR
 STAIRCASE, THIS IS THE ONLY MEANS OF EGRESS FROM THE
 2ND FLOOR R-3 OCCUPANCY. PLEASE REVIEW 2014 FBC-B
 1026.6 ALSO REVIEW THE 2012 IBC BASE CODE FIGURE

 CAR THERE IS ONLY 2'-0" FRONT OF THE CAR TO THE WALL
 LINE OF THE STRUCTURE. NOT ENOUGH CLEARANCE FOR AN
 ACCESSIBLE PATH TO THE ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE. 2014

 REVISION & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES
