 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PARKING STRIPING DETAIL ON SHEET C-04 DOES NOT
 CONFORM TO THE MINIMUM STANDARDS OF THE CITY?S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS). PLEASE
 CONTACT ME FOR A PDF OF THE APPROVED DETAIL.
  
 2. ALL LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED UNDER A
 SEPARATE PERMIT AND SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY A CERTIFIED
 COST ESTIMATE (MATERIALS + LABOR).
  
 3. ALL SIGNAGE WILL BE PERMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE
 PERMIT APPLICATION AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE MAXIMUM
 NUMBER AND SIZE PERMITTED BY THE CITY?S ZLDRS.
  
 4. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHICH WERE LISTED AS
 CONDITIONS PLACED ON THE SITE PLAN APPROVAL (ISPR
 1603F) APPROVED ON AUGUST 31, 2015:
  
  A. PLANS SHALL SHOW THAT FOR THE RAMP LEADING TO THE
 TIJUANA FLATS RESTAURANT THE FRONT EDGE OF THE TOP
 LANDING IS A MINIMUM OF 36 INCHES FROM THE LEADING EDGE
 OF THE DOOR SWING, AND THE RAMP IS A MINIMUM OF 60
 INCHES WIDE, PER FIGURE 404.2.4.1(D) OF THE FLORIDA
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE.
  
  B. PLANS SHALL NOTE THAT THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION FOR
 THE BUILDINGS IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE HEIGHT, AREA
 AND OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS IN CHAPTER 5 OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE.
  
  C. COMPLIANCE WITH ALL BUILDING SEPARATION,
 PERCENTAGE OF OPENINGS AND OPENING PROTECTIVE
 REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTERS 6 AND 7 OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE SHALL BE VERIFIED.
  
  D. SPECIAL ATTENTION SHALL BE MADE TO THE CONSTRUCTION
 OF THE BUILDING AND ASSOCIATED INFRASTRUCTURE TO ENSURE
 THAT EXISTING PARKING LOT TREES AND SHRUBS, AND THE
 ROYAL PALMS ALONG THE SOUTHEAST SIDE OF THE PROPOSED
 BUILDING, ARE NOT DAMAGED. PER THE CITY?S CODE OF
 ORDINANCES, TREE PROTECTION BARRIERS MUST BE INSTALLED.
