 FLOOR HEIGHT OF 13.2.2 NGVD 1929.
 THERE IS A DISCREPANCY IN THE OTTER BUILDING BETWEEN
 THE PLANS SHEETS A-100, A-101 OF A FINISH FLOOR HEIGHT
 OF 12.5 FT. NGVD 1929 AND THE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE OF
 13.15 FT. NGVD 1929.
 BOTH ELEVATION CERTIFICATES ARE DATED 2/24/2016. PLEASE
 NOTE ON THE ELEVATION CERTIFICATES THEY DO NOT IDENTIFY
 AS TO WHICH EXHIBIT/ BUILDING THEY ARE INTENDED.
  
 POINT OF CONCERN PERMIT 15090106 IS FOR THE WHITE
 ALLIGATOR EXHIBIT. SHEET A-101 SHOWS THE FINISH FLOOR
 AT ELEVATION 13.15 NGVD LINE A3 DESCRIBES LOCATION AS
 THE RESTROOM BUILDING-PANTHER/ IBIS EXHIBIT. WE NEED
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATES FOR THE WHITE ALAGATOR EXHIBIT
 AS WELL.

 ENGINEERING REPORT WAS SUBMITTED BUT DOES NOT HAVE THE

 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,

 ALSO TO PROVIDE WHAT THE MINIMUM SAFE BEARING CAPACITY
 OF THE SOILS WILL BE.
 SHEET S0.1 UNDER THE HEADING OF FOUNDATIONS INDICATES
 THERE IS TO HAVE A SOILS REPORT INVESTIGATION THIS SITE
 HAS QUESTIONABLE SOILS IN BEARING CAPACITY. THIS REVIEW
 CYCLE NO SUCH REPORT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED. 2014 FBC-B
