 NOT FILED IN. 108.3* BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. IF, IN
 THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED
 VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS
 APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.
  
 2) THE COVERSHEET INDICATES THE PLANS WERE DESIGNED
 UNDER THE 2010 FBC. PLEASE NOTE PLANS SUBMITTED ON OR
 AFTER JUNE 30TH/ 2015 ARE TO BE DESIGNED UNDER THE 2014
 FBC, 5TH EDITION OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
  
 3) THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES THIS PERMIT IS FOR
 ONLY THE PANTHER RENOVATIONS. BOTH THE ARCHITECTURAL
 AND STRUCTURAL SHEETS SHOW NEW BUILDING FOUNDATIONS AND
 STRUCTURAL SHEETS FOR THIS BUILDING (S-1) AND OTHER
 BUILDINGS SEE SHEET (S-4- OTTER HOUSING?) . PLEASE NOTE
 ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION IF THESE OTHER STRUCTURES ARE
 TO BE INCLUDED UNDER THE SCOPE OF WORK TO BE COMPLETED
 UNDER THIS PERMIT. IF THESE OTHER SHEETS ARE NOT
 INCLUDED UNDER THE SCOPE OF WORK, PLEAE EITHER VOID THE
 SHEETS, "X" OUT THE DETAILS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS

 FBC BUILDING 1612 AND CITY OF WPB CODE OF ORDINANCES
 SECTION 94-546. STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN "A" FLOOD
 ZONE. A FLOOD ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WILL BE REQUIRED.
 PLEASE REVIEW CITY ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY REQUIREMENTS
 REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL 6 INCHES OF ELEVATION. FINISH
 FLOOR ELEVATION OF 12 FT. -
 6 INCHES OR HIGHER.
  
 DURING THE PERMITTING OF THIS STRUCTURE THERE WILL BE
 REQUIRED (3) DIFFERENT FLOOD ZONE CERTIFICATES
 REQUIRED:
 (1) A FLOOD ZONE CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED AS PART OF THE
 PLAN REVIEW DOCUMENTS WITH THE PROPOSED FINISH FLOOR
 HEIGHT.
 (2) ONCE THE FIRST FLOOR SLAB IS POURED THE 2ND
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED
 (3) BEFORE THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
 OR A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION THE 3RD FLOOD ZONE
 CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED WITH THE HEIGHT OF ALL EXTERIOR
 ATTENDANTS

 7B) 2010 FBC 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03
 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR
 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
  
  
 8) SHEET A-001 THE COVER SHEET LIST THE OCCUPANCY TYPE
 AS S-1 STORAGE, IT WOULD APPEAR SINCE THE PUBLIC STOPS
 AND VIEWS THE VARIOUS DISPLAYS THE OCCUPANCY WOULD BE
 IN LINE OF A MUSEUM OR AN A3 OCCUPANCY. THE PUBLIC
 WOULD NOT BEGOING AROUND IN A WAREHOUSE VIEWING
 DISPLAYS.
  
 9) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
