 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 ACTION: DENIED
  
 1) THE PLANS SUBMITTED HAVE NO DESIGNER. THE PERSON
 RESPONSIBLE (QUALIFIER) FOR THE CONTRACTOR IS TO PRINT
 THEIR NAME, SIGN THEIR NAME AND PRINT THEIR LICENSE
 NUMBER ON THE PLANS.
  
 2) THE NOTE FOR THE FLOOR/ CEILING TO HAVE DRYWALL ON
 EQUIPMENT PLATFORMS CATES TO USE OF 5/8 INCH GYPSUM
 BOARD ON EITHER SIDE. I BELIEVE THIS IS A MIS-STATEMENT
 5/8 INCH GYPSUM WILL NOT MEET THE REQUIRED FLOOR LOADS
 THAT WILL BE APPLIED. 2014 FBC-B TABLE 1607.1( 28)
 ACCESSIBLE CEILINGS.
  
 3) PLEASE NOTE ON THEPLANS, THE HEIGHT OF THE GRAB BARS
 SHOW TO THE CENTER OF THE BAR. IN THE 2014 FL
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE 609.4 POSITION OF GRAB BAR, THE
 HEIGHT IS MEASURED TO THE TOP OF THE GRIPPING SURFACE,
 33-36 INCHES, NOT CENTERLINE.
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
