 1- ADDITION ORIGINAL PERMIT APPLICATION WAS SUBMITTAL
 VIA DIGITAL. THEREFORE, ALL SUBMITTALS NEED TO BE
 DIGITAL AS WELL. SEC. 107.2.1.4 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 2- EQUIPMENT LISTED ON THE AHRI CERTIFICATE SUBMITTED
 DOESN'T MATCH EQUIPMENT LISTED ON THE A/C PLAN ON SHEET
 5 OF THE APPROVED ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS SUBMITTED.
 NEED TO REVISE EITHER THE PLANS OR THE AHRI CERTIFICATE
 AS REQUIRED TO MATCH. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- "THE CORRESPONDING LATENT CAPACITY OF THE EQUIPMENT
 SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN THE CALCULATED LATENT LOAD" AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 403.6.1.1 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION. LATENT CAPACITY OF THE EQUIPMENT LISTED
 ON SHEET 5 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS DOESN'T
 COMPLY.
  
 4- REVISED ENERGY CALCULATIONS:
 A) NEED TO HAVE THE NAME OF THE INDIVIDUAL COMPLETING
 THE REPORT AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 405.4.2 OF 2010
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 B) NEED THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE OWNER/AGENT AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 103.2.3.2 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION.
  
 5- THE BUILDING PERMIT WAS APPROVED WITH PROVISO.
 ENERGY CALCULATIONS ARE TAKING THE CROSS VENTILATION
 CREDIT. INFORMATION WAS REQUESTED PROVIDING COMPLETE
 INFORMATION FOR THE CROSS VENTILATION. SEE COPY OF
 PROVISO BELOW. INFORMATION WAS NOT SUBMITTED YET. NEED
 TO PROVIDE SUCH INFORMATION NOW TO AVOID CONFLICTS OR
 UNNECESSARY DELAYS.
  
  
  
 BUILDING REVIEW APPROVED WITH PROVISO:
  
 1- NEED TO SPECIFY CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS WITHIN 10
 FEET OF EACH SLEEPING ROOM AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R315 OF
 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. NOTE: THERE IS A CARBON MONOXIDE
 ALARM SPECIFIED IN THE NEW KITCHEN, BUT THIS IS NOT
 WHAT IT WAS REQUESTED.
  
 2- ENERGY CALCULATIONS ARE TAKING THE CROSS VENTILATION
 CREDIT. PLANS TO PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH ALL THE REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. 405.6.4 OF
 2010 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
 ENERGY CALCULATIONS WERE NOT REVISED AS PER ARCHITECT'S
 RESPONSE LETTER STATED.
  
 3- PROVIDE COMPLETE REVISED TRUSS PACKAGE TO BUILDING
 INSPECTOR AT TIME OF FRAMING INSPECTION.
  
 NOTE: REVISION FEES WILL APPLY AFTER PERMIT IS ISSUED.
