 SEPARATION IS REQUIRED BY CODE OR THE DESIGN NEEDS TO
 WHOLLY COMPLY AS EITHER A COMMUNICATING SPACE, AN
 ATRIUM, A MEZZANINE OR A CONVENIENCE OPENING. THE
 CURRENT FIELD CONDITIONS DO NOT FULLY COMPLY WITH ANY
 OF THESE OPTION. HENCE, A FINAL FIRE INSPECTION WILL
 NOT PASS INSPECTION AND A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY WILL
 NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL THE 2ND FLOOR AMENITIES AREA DESIGN
 AND CONSTRUCTION HAS BEEN COMPLETED. THIS ISSUE

 AMENITIES/LEASING OFFICE ARE OPEN TO THE FLOOR BELOW.
 THE DESIGN SHALL CONFORM TO SECTION 8.6 VERTICAL
 OPENINGS AS EITHER A COMMUNICATING SPACE, CONVENIENCE
 OPENING, ATRIUM, OR MEZZANINE. FOR INSTANCE, EACH
 OCCUPANT NOT IN THE COMMUNICATING SPACE (SUCH AS
 AMENITY SECOND FLOOR REST ROOM) NEEDS TO HAVE ACCESS TO
 AT LEAST ONE EXIT WITHOUT HAVING TO ENTER THE
 COMMUNICATING SPACE, OR AS A CONVENIENCE OPENING, THE
