 SHOWING LOCATION OF NEW ADDITION AND EXISTING HOUSE.

 2- IDENTIFY THE NAME OF THE ROOM OF PROPOSED ADDITION.
 WHAT'S THE ROOM GOING TO BE USED FOR?. NEED TO IDENTIFY
 ROOM FOR PROPER PLAN REVIEW. IS THIS ROOM GOING TO BE
 USED FOR LIVING PURPOSES?. CLARIFY WHY THERE IS NOT A
 DOOR BETWEEN THE STORAGE ROOM AND THE NEW ADDITION.
 CLARIFY WHY IS THERE A BATHROOM IN THE NEW ROOM
 ADJACENT TO THE STORAGE ROOM. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND ALL DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. VALUATION WAS UPDATED TO $15,000. THE
 PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS $1453.60.
  
 4- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) FOR IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT.
 THEN, BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF
 THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 5- SPECIFY THE ROOF PITCH OF THE NEW ADDITION TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH SHINGLES INSTALLATION ON THE PROPOSED
