 FROM PREVIOUS LIST, SAME PLAN SUBMITTED:
  
 1. PLAN HAS BEEN REVISED BUT IT DOES NOT APPEAR THAT
 ALL ITEMS INCLUDED ON THE VIOLATION / STOP WORK ORDER
 ISSUED ARE INCLUDED IN THE PLAN, FBC 105, FBC 107. WORK
 WILL BE CONFIRMED BY THE INSPECTOR WHO ISSUED THE
 VIOLATION.
  
 2. VALUE WILL BE DETERMINED WHEN SCOPE OF WORK HAS BEEN
 ESTABLISHED, FBC 109.
  
 3. ELECTRICAL PERMIT REQUIRED, FBC 107. PROVIDE AN
 ELECTRICAL PERMIT APPLICATION. THE RESPONSE LETTER
 STATES THAT "NO ELECTRICAL WORK INCLUDED IN OUR SCOPE
 OF WORK."
  
 A RENOVATION WHICH INCLUDED BUILDING, PLUMBING, AND
 ELECTRICAL WAS STARTED WITHOUT A PERMIT. PLEASE SEE FBC
 5TH EDITION EXISTING BUILDING CODE SECTIN 301.1; A
 METHOD OF COMPLIANCE IS TO BE SELECTED. UNTIL ENTIRE
 SCOPE OF WORK IS DETERMINED, LEVEL OF ALTERATION OR
 OTHER METHOD OF COMPLIANCE CANNOT BE DETERMINED (AND
 HAS NOT BEEN STATED BY UNKNOWN DESIGNER WHO PREPARED
 THE PLAN).
  
 IF THIS CONTRACTOR WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE
 WORK DONE AND WORK PROPOSED, ANOTHER CONTRACTOR
 LICENSED TO DO SO IS REQUIRED.
  
 4. THE PRINTED NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE INDIVIDUAL
 TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DESIGN IS TO BE ON THE
 PLAN, FBC 107.
  
 NEW COMMENT:
  
 VIOLATION INCLUDED PLUMBING. NO PLUMBING WORK IS SHOWN
 ON THE PLAN.
 BE ADVISED THAT, AFTER THE ABOVE COMMENTS ARE
 ADDRESSED, THE PLAN WILL BE SHOWN TO THE INSPECTOR WHO
 ISSUED THE VIOLATION. IF THE PLAN IS NOT CONSISTENT
 WITH THE WORK SEEN, THE PERMIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL.
 ELECTRONIC MEDIA DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED WHEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN
 DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
 CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES
 AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHALL
 CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE,
 AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE
 QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL
 CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC,
 AND THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE
 OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE TERM "LEGAL" OR
 ITS EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS,
 SPECIFICATIONS AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE
 NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. (SEE ALSO SECTION 107.3.5).
  
 PLAN PROVIDED IS NOT ARCHITECTURAL QUALITY, NOT TO
 SCALE, IS DIFFICULT TO READ. PROVIDE A PLAN WHICH
 CONFORMS TO 107.2.
  
 DO NOT RESUBMIT UNLESS AN ELECTRICAL APPLICATION AND A
 PLUMBING APPLICATION ARE INCLUDED IN THE SUBMITTAL. DO
 NOT RESUBMIT UNLESS THE PLAN SHOWS ALL WORK WHICH WAS
 DONE WITHOUT PERMIT. PLUMBING WORK WAS DONE, THEREFORE
 A PLUMBING PERMIT IS REQUIRED.
