 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 NO A SLOPED PORTION OF THE FLOOR LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO
 1:20. THE PLANS DO NOT PROVIDE WHAT THE ELEVATION
 CHANGE FROM THE STREET TO THE FLAT FINISH FLOOR AND AT
 WHAT DISTANCE THIS SLOPED AREA OF THE FLOOR IS TO
 DETERMINE IF THIS IS A RAMP OR JUST A SLOPED SURFACE OF
 THE FLOOR. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED
 TO DETERMINE CODE COMPLIANCE WITH EITHER GRADE OR RAMP.
 2010 FBC-ACCESSIBLITY DEFITIONS 106 RAMP : RUNNING
 SLOPE STEEPER THAN 1:20.

 706.6.1. WHERE A FIRE WALL SERVES AS AN EXTERIOR WALL
 FOR A BUILDING AND SEPARATES BUILDINGS HAVING DIFFERENT
 ROOF LEVELS, SUCH WALL SHALL TERMINATE AT A POINT NOT
 LESS THAN 30 INCHES (762 MM) ABOVE THE LOWER ROOF
 LEVEL, PROVIDED THE EXTERIOR WALL FOR A HEIGHT OF 15
 FEET (4572 MM) ABOVE THE LOWER ROOF IS NOT LESS THAN

 9B) 2010 FBC-B 706.8 OPENINGS. EACH OPENING THROUGH A
 FIRE WALL SHALL BE PROTECTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
 716.5 AND SHALL NOT EXCEED 156 SQUARE FEET (15 M2). THE
 AGGREGATE WIDTH OF OPENINGS AT ANY FLOOR LEVEL SHALL
 NOT EXCEED 25 PERCENT OF THE LENGTH OF THE WALL.
 EXCEPTIONS:
 1. OPENINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN PARTY WALLS
 CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 706.1.1.
 2. OPENINGS SHALL NOT BE LIMITED TO 156 SQUARE FEET (15
 M2) WHERE BOTH BUILDINGS ARE EQUIPPED THROUGHOUT WITH
 AN AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH SECTION 903.3.1.1.
  
 10) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE
 REVISION & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES
 AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
