 THE CODE IN EFFECT CITED IS OUTDATED. THIS APPEARS TO
 BE A LEVEL I ALTERATION OF A SFD PER THE FBC EXISTING
 BUILDING CODE 5TH EDITION.
  
 FBC 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN
 UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL. ELECTRONIC MEDIA DOCUMENTS
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED WHEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL
 CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT
 LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED
 BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS,
 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC,
 AND THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE
 OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS
 EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION.
  
 THERE IS A LACK OF DETAIL AND SCOPE OF WORK INDICATED
 AND ONLY GENERAL PARAMETERS GIVEN. PROVIDE ADDITIONAL
 DETAIL TO DEMONSTARTE THE FOLLOWING:
  
 INTERIOR WALL TYPICAL DETAIL, FURRING AND DRYWALL
 DETAIL, SPECIFY ROOF JOIST THAT MAY BE REPLACED,
 SPECIFY IF NEW OPENING IN WALL REQUIRES STRUCTURAL
 SUPPORT TO THE ROOF MEMBERS.
  
 PLEASE NOTE A COMPLETE REVIEW CANNOT BE PERFORMED DUE
 TO THE LACK OF INFORMATION PROVIDED.
  
 ADDITIONALLY, THE SCOPE OF WORK IN DICATES WORK THAT
 MAY EXCEED THE THE CLAIMED VALUE OF $7,000.00. PER FBC
 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 PROVIDE A COPY OF YOUR CONTRACT TO DETERMINE THE SCOPE
 OF WORK AND VALUE OF THE JOB.
