 APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPLIED FOR. OWNER HAS ALREADY MET

 SUBMITTED STATE THIS IS A LEVEL ONE ALTERATION. WORK
 DONE WITHOUT PERMIT WAS NOT ADDRESSED, AND WORK TO BE
 REMOVED OR MADE LEGAL UNDER A BUILDING PERMIT IS WAS
 NOT PRESENTED. PLANS STATE THAT ELECTRICAL IS UNDER A
 SEPARATE PERMIT. SCOPE NOT CLEAR. AFTER ALL WORK IS
 SHOWN ON A PLAN , THE ALTERATION METHOD WILL BE
 CONFIRMED.
  
 107.2 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTIONS

 SUBMITTED WHEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN
 DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
 CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES
 AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHALL
 CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE,
 AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE
 QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL
 CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC,
 AND THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE
 OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE TERM "LEGAL" OR
 ITS EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS,
 SPECIFICATIONS AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE
 NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON

 CLARIFY THAT THERE IS A CONCRETE SLAB ON THE SECOND
 FLOOR. IS WORK ONLY ON FIRST FLOOR? SCOPE NOT CLEAR.
  
 PLANS SUBMITTED STATE THIS IS A SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING,
 BUT A VIOLATION HAS BEEN ISSUED WHICH CREATED MULTIPLE
 UNITS IN THIS STRUCTURE. NO WORK IS SHOWN AS BEING
 REMOVED.
  
 ANOTHER PERMIT WAS APPLIED FOR, DRYWALL AND TILE. UNTIL
 SCOPE IS CLARIFIED, NO TILE WORK IS TO BE DONE.
  
 WHEN MONEY IS OWED TO THE CITY, NO PERMITS SHALL BE
 ISSUED EXCEPT TO CORRECT VIOLATIONS. CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE (WWW.MUNICODE.COM):
  
 SEC. 94-10. - FINANCIAL DEBTS AND OBLIGATIONS OWED TO
 THE CITY.
  
 NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED BY THE CITY, AND NO
 REVIEWS WILL BE CONDUCTED BY THE CITY, UNTIL AN
 APPLICANT HAS FIRST SHOWN THAT THE APPLICANT IS NOT
 FINANCIALLY INDEBTED TO THE CITY FOR ANY REASON,
 INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, AD VALOREM PROPERTY
 TAXES, SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS, CITY UTILITY CHARGES, AND
 OTHER GOVERNMENT-IMPOSED LIENS. THIS SECTION DOES NOT
 APPLY TO THOSE LOANS WITH THE CITY THAT ARE CURRENT IN
 PAYMENT. FURTHERMORE, THIS SECTION MAY BE WAIVED BY THE
 CITY UPON A SHOWING BY THE APPLICANT THAT THE REVIEW IS
 A NECESSARY PREREQUISITE FOR BRINGING A PROPERTY THAT
 IS OUT OF COMPLIANCE WITH THIS CODE INTO COMPLIANCE
 WITH THIS CODE.
  
 ISSUANCE OF PERMITS FOR NEW WORK TO IMPROVE THE
 PROPERTY PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF PERMITS TO CORRECT
 EXISTING CODE (AND POSSIBLE LIFE SAFETY) VIOLATIONS
 WILL REQUIRE THE APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. AT
 THIS TIME, NO PERMIT HAS BEEN APPLIED FOR TO CORRECT
 THE VIOLATION. IT IS ACKNOWLEDGED THAT THE WORK WAS
 LIKELY DONE BY A PRIOR OWNER.
  
 3. REVISE PLAN TO INCLUDE ROOM DESIGNATIONS AND SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH FBC RESIDENTIAL 310, FBC EXISTING
