| WHEN THE BUILDING IS PERMITTED OR, IN THE EVENT THE |
| MECHANICAL PERMIT IS OBTAINED AT A LATER TIME, THE |
| SIZING CALCULATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH THE |
| APPLICATION FOR THE MECHANICAL PERMIT. HEATING AND |
| COOLING LOADS SHALL BE ADJUSTED TO ACCOUNT FOR LOAD |
| REDUCTIONS THAT ARE ACHIEVED WHEN ENERGY RECOVERY |
| SYSTEMS ARE UTILIZED IN THE HVAC SYSTEM IN ACCORDANCE |
| WITH THE ASHRAE HVAC SYSTEMS AND EQUIPMENT HANDBOOK. |
| ALTERNATIVELY, DESIGN LOADS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY AN |
| APPROVED EQUIVALENT COMPUTATION PROCEDURE, USING THE |
| DESIGN PARAMETERS SPECIFIED IN CHAPTER 3. |
| 2) SHEET M0.1: CORRECT THE HVAC DESIGN CONDITIONS IN |
| ACCORDANCE WITH ACCA MANUAL N, TABLE 1A: OUTDOOR- 90 |
| DB, 78 WB. |
| 3) M1.1: REFERENCE SECTION 301.15 FBC-14 MECHANICAL AND |
| PROVIDE THE DESIGN WIND PRESSURES FOR THE ROOF TOP |
| MIAMI TECH CU AND CU BRACKET INSTALLATION. SUBMIT TWO |
| COPIES OF A CURRENT FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE |
| BRACKET REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE ENGINEER OF |
| RECORD. THE ENGINEER SHALL CIRCLE, HIGHLIGHT, OR |
| OTHERWISE MARK ALL DETAILS, NOTES, ANCHOR AND FASTENER |
| SCHEDULES APPLICABLE TO THE PROPOSED INSTALLATION. |

| VENTILATION SYSTEMS THAT ARE ALTERED, RECONFIGURED, OR |
| EXTENDED SHALL PROVIDE NOT LESS THAN 5 CUBIC FEET PER |
| MINUTE (CFM) (0.0024 M3/S) PER PERSON OF OUTDOOR AIR |
| AND NOT LESS THAN 15 CFM (0.0071 M3/S) OF VENTILATION |
| AIR PER PERSON; OR NOT LESS THAN THE AMOUNT OF |
| VENTILATION AIR DETERMINED BY THE INDOOR AIR QUALITY |
| PROCEDURE OF ASHRAE 62. |
| 5) COMMISSSIONING OF THE BUILDING MECHANICAL AND |
| ELECTRICAL POWER AND LIGHT SYSTEMS ARE REQUIRED IN |
