 NOTE: ALL FIRE AND LIFE SAFETY SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 INSPECTED, TESTED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY. A
 "FIRE WATCH" IS NOT AN AVAILABLE OPTION FOR ALLOWING
 OCCUPANCY.
  
 PROVIDE AN ADDRESS ON THE PLANS.
  
 PLANS AFFECTING THE FIRE AND LIFE SAFETY DESIGN WILL
 NEED TO BE SIGNED/SEALED OR AT LEAST REVIEWED AND
 STAMPED BY THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL ACCEPTING
 RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MODIFIED DESIGN.
  
 STAIR #6 DISCHARGES INTO THE CONSTRUCTION STAGING AREA.
  
 FIRE ALARM CONTROL PANEL IS NOT LOCATED IN THE
 "COMPLETED" PORTION OF THE BUILDING BUT IS LOCATED IN
 THE HEART OF THE SECTOR B CONSTRUCTION ZONE. EXPLAIN
 HOW THE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM WIRING WILL BE PROTECTED AND
 THE INTEGRITY WILL BE MAINTAINED FOR THE WIRING THAT IS
 BEING ROUTED THROUGH THE CONSTRUCTION ZONE TO BE
 CONNECTED TO THE FACP.
  
 DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS AND PHASING DRAWINGS ARE NEEDED
 FOR THE FIRE ALARM AND FIRE SPRINKLER/PUMP SYSTEMS.
  
 TESTING OF THE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM IN SECTORS B & C WILL
 INITIATE THE GENERAL FIRE ALARM IN SECTOR A THAT MAY
 LAST FOR SEVERAL HOURS AND BE CONDUCTED OVER SEVERAL
 DAYS. HOW WILL RESIDENTS KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN
 TEST ALARMS AND TRUE ALARMS?
  
 THE PLANS INDICATE THE BARRIER WALLS ARE TO HAVE
 SIGNAGE STATING, "NO ENTRY ALLOWED, CONSTRUCTION
 PERSONNEL ONLY." INDICATE HOW WILL THIS WILL BE
 REGULATED AND ENFORCED?
  
 INDICATE HOW FIRE DEPARTMENT VEHICLE ACCESS TO THE 20
 FOOT WIDE FIRE LANE WILL BE MAINTAINED ON EUCALYPTUS
 STREET AND 6TH STREET DURING CONSTRUCTION ACTVITIES
 WITH HALF THE BUILDING POTENTIALLY OCCUPIED AND THE
 OTHER HALF UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
