 PUBLIC RECORD SHALL HAVE THE SIGNATURE AND SEAL OF THE
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL AFFIXED TO THE DOCUMENT. FL ADMIN

 1B) 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING PLANS
 SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON
 SUBSTANTIAL PAPER. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH
 THROUGH DEPARTMENTAL POLICY, OTHER STANDARDS FOR PLANS
 AND SPECIFICATIONS, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO
 ITS RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM. THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE
 SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE, SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY,
 OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO RECORDS MANAGEMENT.
 ELECTRONIC MEDIA MUST BE COMPATIBLE WITH THE ARCHIVE
 REQUIREMENTS OF FLORIDA STATUTES.

 IDENTIFY FRAMING MEMBERS, WILL THEY NEED STIFF BACKS,
 GAUGE OF FRAMING MEMBERS, CENTERS OF FRAMING MEMBERS,
 THE THICKNESS OF DRYWALL, ATTACHMENT, TYPE OF FASTENER,
 SPACING, GAUGE OF FASTENER AND LENGTH OF FASTENER.
  
 NOTE DEPENDING ON THE A/C DUCTWORK LAYOUT, MAY REQUIRE
 FIRE DAMPERS AND ACCESSIBLE PANELS.
  
 4) NOTE # 4 ADD ADDITIONAL STUDS TO SHOWER AREAS AS
 REQUIRED BY CODE. PLEASE PROVIDE THE SPACING OF STUDS,
 TYPE OF MATERIALS USED, FOR TYPE OF BUILDING,
 AND COMPLIANCE WITH 2014 FBC-B 2509.2 BASE FOR TILE.
 NOTE: 2014 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION, SUCH
 INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC,
 AND THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE
 OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS
 EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC

 6) NOTE # 9 INDICATES INSULATE FRAMED CEILING SPACES OF
 GUEST ROOMS WITH R-30 BATT MATERIALS. PLEASE SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH 2014 FBC-ENERGY C402.4.9.2 UNVENTED
 DROPPED CEILING CAVITIES.
 WHERE UNVENTED DROPPED CEILING CAVITIES OCCUR OVER
 CONDITIONED SPACES THAT DO NOT HAVE AN AIR BARRIER
 BETWEEN THE CONDITIONED AND UNCONDITIONED SPACE (SUCH
 AS T-BAR CEILINGS), THEY SHALL BE COMPLETELY SEALED
 FROM THE EXTERIOR ENVIRONMENT (AT THE ROOF PLANE) AND
 ADJACENT SPACES BY A CONTINUOUS AIR BARRIER THAT IS
 ALSO SEALED TO THE AIR BARRIER OF THE WALLS. IN THAT
 CASE, THE ROOF ASSEMBLY SHALL CONSTITUTE BOTH THE UPPER
 THERMAL ENVELOPE AND PRESSURE ENVELOPE OF THE BUILDING.
  
  
 6) NOTE # 12 INDICATE TO INSTALL EXIT AND EMERGENCY
 LIGHTING AS REQUIRED. PLEASE PROVIDE A LIFE SAFETY
 PLAN.
