 1) NOTE NOT ONLY IS THE PERMIT APPLICATION BUT THE
 PLANS AS WELL HAVE THE ADDRESS OF 4335 EASLEY DR. SINCE
 THE E-MAIL WAS SENT 1/23/2015 IN REGAURDS TO ADDRESSING
 AND ESTABLISHING NEW ADDRESSES, IT HAS BECOME A MAJOR
 PLAYER IN GETTING ADDRESSES UPDATED SO FIRE/RESCUE CAN
 IDENTIFY AND LOCATE FACILITIES QUICKLY FOR QUICK
 RESPONCE TIMES.
  
 THE NEW ADDRESS FOR THIS PROPOSED BUILING IS 6010
 RECLAIMED LAKES. EITHER LABELS CAN BE PLACED ON ALL
 PRINTED SHEETS WITH THE NEW ADDRESS OR NEW SHEETS
 PRINTED. THIS WILL BE UP TO THE DESIGNER OF RECORD AND
 OR CONTRACTOR TO DECIDE HOW PROCEDE. NOTE ALL DOCUMENTS
 WILL NEED TO BE UPDATED.
  
 2) COMPLIED. 12/03/2015 BECAUSE OF THE BOLTED AND
 WELDED CONNECTIONS OF THE STRUCTURAL STEEL PORTION OF
 THIS BUILDING, THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT WILL REQUIRE 3RD
 PARTY INSPECTION OF THE ELEMENTS, OTHERWISE A RESIDENT
 INSPECTOR WILL BE REQUIRED. 2010 WEST PALM BEACH
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION, 110.3.9 OTHER INSPECTIONS SERVICES.
