 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES THAT THIS IS A
 STAFF TRAILER, BUT THE PLANS STATE STAFF ?CONSTRUCTION?
 TRAILER. PLEASE CLARIFY. IS THIS FOR CONTRACTORS, ETC.
 OR IS THIS FOR MUSEUM STAFF?
  
 2. PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF THE PERMIT FOR THE TRAILERS, I
 WOULD LIKE TO HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING REGARDING THE
 PHASING AND STAGING OF CONSTRUCTION, PLANS FOR PARKING,
 ETC.
  
 2. ON AUGUST 26TH THE NORTON AND THE CITY WILL BE
 MEETING WITH THE PIONEERS TO DISCUSS PROCEDURES THAT
 WILL NEED TO BE FOLLOWED BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER
 CONSTRUCTION DUE TO THE SENSITIVE NATURE OF THE AREA.
 IT IS PREFERRED THAT THIS MEETING OCCURS PRIOR TO THE
 ISSUANCE OF THIS PERMIT TO ENSURE THAT THE PROCEDURES
 ARE IN PLACE BEFORE ANY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY OCCURS ON
 THE PROPERTY.
  
 3. AS PART OF THE CONSTRUCTION WORK IS PROPOSED TO
 OCCUR ON CITY-OWNED PROPERTY, PLANNING STAFF IS
 AWAITING DIRECTION FROM THE CITY ATTORNEY?S OFFICE ON
 WHETHER OR NOT ANY ADDITIONAL PAPERWORK OR APPROVALS
 ARE REQUIRED.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS WILL APPLY IF IT
 IS A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION TRAILER:
  
 1. ALL SUCH STRUCTURES, INCLUDING TRAILERS, SHALL BE
 REMOVED WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF THE FINAL CONSTRUCTION
 INSPECTION BY THE CITY AND PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
