 0.2 AND NET UPLIFT COEFFICIENT=1.1 AND WHERE WERE ARE
 THEM TAKEN FROM. ALSO, CLEARLY SPECIFY IF THE WIND LOAD
 SPECIFIED IS THE ULTIMATE WIND LOAD OR NOMINAL WIND
 LOAD. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS AND SEC. R301.1

 2- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 NEW BELL FOOTING SPECIFIED ON THE GROUND FLOOR PLAN.
 CLEARLY SPECIFY WHAT'S THE PURPOSE OF THIS FOOTING.
 WHAT IS IT REINFORCING? SEC. R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 3- ROOF FRAMING PLAN SPECIFIES EMBEDDED STRAP OR
 SIMPSON MSTM16. THERE IS THE OPTION TO USE EITHER THE
 EXISTING STRAP OR TO INSTALL A NEW ONE. CLEARLY SPECIFY
 EXISTING STRAP TO VERIFY IF THE STRAP WILL MEET THE
 DESIGN PRESSURES REQUIRED FOR ON CURRENT CODE. SEC.

 NOTE: IT LOOKS LIKE THERE IS A TYPO ON THE SPECIFIED

 C) CEILING INSULATION ITEM #10. NEW PLANS CALL FOR 2 X
 8 ROOF JOISTS. R30 BATT INSULATION DOESN'T FIT ON A 2 X
 8 SPACE. BATT INSULATION IS +/- 9-1/2" THICK. IN
 ADDITION WILL NEED AT LEAST 1" CLEAR SPACE FOR CROSS
 VENTILATION. REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC. R103.2 FBC-ENERGY

 D) SIZE OF A/C UNIT SHOWN ON ITEM #12 SEEMS TO BE TOO

 NOTE: IF SELECTED ASSEMBLY DOESN'T MEET THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES, THEN SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS
 WILL BE REQUIRED. SEE LIMITATIONS ON PRODUCT APPROVAL.
  
 B) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON PLANS
 AND DETAILS. PROVIDE ONLY THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL
 COVER PAGE AND PAGE SHOWING THE SPECIFIED CONNECTOR OR
 LIST THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL NEXT TO EACH
 SPECIFIED CONNECTOR.
  
 12- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE ABOVE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL AS REQUIRED BY SEC.

 NOTE: ON JUNE 23RD I MET WITH DANIEL MOSS (ENGINEER) TO
 GO OVER THE COMMENTS FROM PREVIOUS CHECKLISTS. INFORMED
 HIM ABOUT DRAFTSMAN'S DEFICIENCIES IN DRAWINGS.
