 1- THE CURRENT CODE IS THE FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH EDITION
 (2014) NOT THE 2010 FBC. ENGINEER TO REVISE ALL DESIGN
 CRITERIA AS REQUIRED.
  
 2- CLEARLY SPECIFY THE TYPE AND SIZE OF EXISTING
 BEDROOM WINDOWS AND TYPE AND SIZE OF PROPOSED BEDROOM
 WINDOWS TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. 701.2 OF FBC-EXISTING BUILDING,
 5TH EDITION (2014).
  
 3- A) ENGINEER TO REVISE THE WINDOWS AND DOORS DESIGN
 PRESSURES CALCULATIONS. ACCORDING TO SEC. R301.2.1.4.3
 OF FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH EDITION (2014) THIS BUILDING IS
 LOCATED IN EXPOSURE "C" NOT "B".
  
 B) ENGINEER TO PROVIDE THE ENGINEER SEAL ON THE WINDOWS
 AND DOORS DESIGN PRESSURES CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY
 CHAPTER 471 F.S.
  
 C) WINDOWS AND DOORS NUMBERS GIVEN ON THE ENGINEER
 DESIGN PRESSURES CALCULATIONS DON'T MATCH THE NUMBERS
 SHOWN ON THE FLOOR PLAN. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH.
 SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS. ALSO, COORDINATE THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL NUMBERS WITH THE REVISED PRODUCT
 APPROVALS. SEE COMMENT #4 BELOW.
  
 4- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 FAC 61G20-3.002(33) FOR:
 A) SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS. FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL
 FL14604-R3 SUBMITTED IS NOT APPROVED. THE APPLICATION
 STATUS SAYS "RE-APPLY". ALSO, NEED TO PROVIDE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL FOR THE CURRENT CODE VERSION OF 2014.
  
 B) EXTERIOR DOORS. FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL FL15558
 SUBMITTED IS FOR 2010 CODE VERSION. NEED TO PROVIDE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE CURRENT CODE VERSION OF 2014.
