| EQUIPMENT ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING. |

| 3. THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($100,000) EXCEEDS 50% |
| OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($64,656) ACCORDING TO THE |
| PALM BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; |
| THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE |
| ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE |
| LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL |
| APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE |
| ZLDR. IF THE SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) |
| COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE |
| SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE |
| SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE |
| ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE |
| PERMIT AND IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING |
| MATERIAL TO BRING THE SITE INTO CONFORMITY. |
