 1. WILL THE PROPOSED PARAPET FULLY SCREEN THE ROOFTOP
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT FROM STREET VIEW?
  
 2. PARAPET IS PROPOSED AROUND THREE SIDES OF THE
 BUILDING, HOWEVER, ROOFTOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT REMAINS
 EXPOSED TOWARD THE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (WEST SIDE OF
 BUILDING). CAN THE PARAPET BE EXTENDED TO INCLUDE THE
 WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING? IF NOT, PLEASE PROPOSE
 ALTERNATIVE MATERIAL TO SCREEN THE ROOF TOP MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING.
  
 3. THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($100,000) EXCEEDS 50%
 OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($64,656) ACCORDING TO THE
 PALM BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE;
 THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE
 LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL
 APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE
 ZLDR. IF THE SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2)
 COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE
 SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE
 SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE
 ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE
 PERMIT AND IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING
 MATERIAL TO BRING THE SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
  
 4. INCLUDE TWO COPIES OF THE PROPERTY SURVEY.
  
 5. GENERAL COMMENT: SIGNAGE REQUIRES SEPARATE PERMIT.
