| SEALCOATING/RESTRIPE IS NOT WITHIN THE SCOPE OF A PAVER |
| CONTRACTOR LICENSE. THEREFORE, OWNER IS TO APPLY FOR |
| SEPARATE PERMIT, OR PROVIDE A PERMIT NUMBER WHICH |
| INCLUDES THIS SCOPE OF WORK. |

| THIS ISSUE WILL NOT DELAY ISSUANCE OF THIS PAVER |
| PERMIT. HOWEVER, FAILURE TO ADDRESS THE COMMENT MAY |
| RESULT IN A RED TAGE VIOLATION BEING ISSUED ON THE |
| PROPERTY. IF AN APPLICATION HAS NOT BEEN SUBMITTED |
