 PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) THE SITE AND CIVIL PLANS SHOW THE CONSTRUCTION
 OFFICE AREA AS HAVING 3,278 SQUARE FEET YET THE MODULAR
 STRUCTURE PLAN SHOWS THE TRAILERS HAVING ONLY 1,026.5
 SQUARE FEET. PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS DISCREPANCY.
  
 2) THE 60 FOOT BY 54.7 FOOT BOX SHOWN AS THE
 CONSTRUCTION OFFICE AREA NOR THE ACTUAL CONSTRUCTION
 TRAILERS, SHOWN AS 44 FOOT BY 23.33 FOOT, MAY ENCROACH
 ONTO THE INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLAND.
  
 3) PROVIDE A REVISED SITE PLAN THAT SHOWS THE SPECIFIC
 TRAILERS BEING USED AND THEIR EXACT LOCATIONS IN
 RELATIONSHIP TO THE INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLAND AND THE
 EXISTING CURBLINES. THIS PLAN SHALL INCLUDE THE CANOPY
 OF THE EXISTING TREES SURROUNDING THE TRAILER SITE. THE
 TRAILERS SHALL NOT BE PLACED SO AS TO DISRUPT THE TREE
 CANOPY (IE. TOUCHING CANOPY SO AS TO RELOCATE OR BREAK
 BRANCHES OR REQUIRING THE CANOPY TO BE TRIMMED BACK TO
 CREATE A TREE THAT DOES NOT MEET FLORIDA GRADE NO. 1).
  
 4) THERE SHALL BE A TURN AROUND SPACE/BACKOUT ASSIST
 FOR THE USERS OF THE DEAD END PARKING ROW THAT IS
 TERMINATED BY THE NEW TRAILER PLACEMENT. THIS SHALL BE
 SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN.
