 RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 1) THE CITYPLACE MANAGEMENT APPROVAL STAMP IS REQUIRED
 ON THE PLANS.
  
 2) THE ADDRESS FOR THE EXISTING SIGN IS 550 S. ROSEMARY
 SUITE 160, NOT 700 S. ROSEMARY.
  
 3) PROVIDE AN ELEVATION PLAN OF THE STOREFRONT THAT
 CABO FLATS WILL OCCUPY. THE DIMENSION OF THE STOREFRONT
 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 4) PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT BOTH SIDES OF THE SIGN
 HAVE THE SAME COPY, DESIGN AND LAYOUT.
  
 5) PROVIDE A DRAWING WHICH SHOWS THE EXACT SIGN FACE
 AREA AND VERIFIES THAT THE THE SIGN FACE AREA DOES NOT
 EXCEED 75 SQ. FT.
  
 6) THE MAXIMUM SIGN FACE WITH MAY NOT EXCEED FIVE (5)
 FEET. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS ON THE PLANS TO SHOW
 COMPLIANCE. PLEASE NOTE THAT IT APPEARS THAT THE "CABO"
 WILL BE 66 INCHES IN WIDTH, WHICH IS GREATER THAN 60
 INCHES (5 FEET).
  
 7) SIZE INFORMATION ON ALL THE OTHER CABO FLATS SIGNAGE
 IS REQUIRED WITH THIS PERMIT.
  
 8) PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE BOTTOM OF THE SIGN IS
 A MINIMUM OF 10 FEET ABOVE THE SIDE WALK AND 14 FEET
 ABOVE THE PARKING/ROADWAY.
  
 9) PROVIDE THE FULL DIMENSION TO THE FURTHEST POINT OF
 THE SIGN FROM THE WALL. THIS MAY NOT EXCEED SEVEN (7)
 FEET.
  
 10) THE BLADE SIGN REFACE SPECIFICATION DETAIL DOES NOT
 SEEM TO MATCH THE ELEVATION DRAWING OF THE SIGN. PLEASE
 CLARIFY.
