 DENIED BY ELECTRICAL
 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THE FBC FIFTH EDITION (2014) WENT INTO EFFECT ON
 JUNE 30, 2015. THE PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THIS PROJECT
 WAS SUBMITTED ON JULY 6, 2015. UPDATE REFERENCES TO THE
 2010 FBC TO THE 2014 FBC.
  
 2) THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE HOW THE ELECTRIC WILL BE
 SUPPLIED TO THE DETACHED GARAGE. PROVIDE ALL DETAILS,
 WIRE SIZES, CONDUIT SIZE, DISCONNECTS, PANEL LOCATIONS,
 PANEL SCHEDULES, ETC. TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2011
 NEC. INCLUDING DISCONNECT, PANEL SCHEDULES, ETC. FBC
 107.2.1
  
 3) NEC 210.52 (C) (1) - A RECEPTACLE OUTLET SHALL BE
 INSTALLED AT EACH COUNTERTOP SPACE 12 INCHES OR WIDER
 SO THAT NO POINT ALONG THE WALL LINE IS MORE THAN 2
 FEET MEASURED HORIZONTALLY FROM A RECEPTACLE OUTLET IN
 THAT SPACE. THE COUNTERTOP SPACE ACROSS FROM THE PANTRY
 DOES NOT HAVE ANY RECEPTACLE OUTLETS SPECIFIED ON THE
 PLANS.
  
 4) NEC 210.52(A) - (H) OUTLET SPACING, IT APPEARS SOME
 POINTS ALONG THE WALL SPACE EXCEED 6' FROM AN OUTLET
 AND SOME USEABLE WALL SPACES 2 FT OR MORE IN WIDTH ARE
 MISSING THE REQUIRED RECEPTACLE OUTLETS.
  
 5) THE ELECTRICAL RISER DOES NOT MATCH THE FLOOR PLAN.
 THE FLOOR PLAN HAS A 200 AMP SUB-PANEL IN A CLOSET ON
 THE FIRST FLOOR AND ANOTHER 200 AMP SUB-PANEL LOCATED
 IN THE HALL ON THE SECOND FLOOR. PLEASE CLARIFY. NEC
 240.24 (D) ELECTRICAL PANELS SHALL NOT BE LOCATED IN
 THE VICINITY OF EASILY IGNITIBLE MATERIAL, SUCH AS
 CLOTHES CLOSETS.
  
 6) FBC 107.2.1 IT APPEARS FROM THE MECHANICAL PLANS
 THAT THE AIR HANDLER IS LOCATED IN THE ATTIC. SHOW THE
 LOCATION OF THE AHU ON THE ELECTRICAL PLANS. NEC 440.11
 & 440.14 SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE REQUIRED A/C
 EQUIPMENT DISCONNECTING MEANS ON THE PLANS. NEC 210.63
 - PROVIDE A GFCI PROTECTED SERVICE OUTLET FOR WITHIN
 25' OF MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT. NEC 110.26 SUFFICIENT
 ACCESS AND WORKING SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED AND
 MAINTAINED ABOUT ALL ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT TO PERMIT
 READY AND SAFE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF SUCH
 EQUIPMENT. NEC 210.70 (A)(3) PROVIDE A SWITCHED
 LIGHTING OUTLET AT OR NEAR THE EQUIPMENT. NEC 110.33
 (B) PERMANENT LADDERS OR STAIRWAYS SHALL BE PROVIDED TO
 GIVE SAFE ACCESS TO THE WORKING SPACE AROUND ELECTRICAL
 EQUIPMENT INSTALLED ON PLATFORMS, BALCONIES, OR
 MEZZANINE FLOORS OR IN ATTIC OR ROOF ROOMS OR SPACES.
  
 7) NEC 210.8(A)(2) THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER RECEPTACLE
 OUTLETS ARE REQUIRED TO BE GFCI PROTECTED.
  
 8) NEC 406.11 - TAMPER-RESISTANT RECEPTACLES ARE
 REQUIRED.
  
 9) NEC 110.3 (B) SMOKE ALARMS AND CARBON MONOXIDE
 ALARMS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR
 LISTINGS OR LABELING AND PER MANUFACTURER'S
 INSTRUCTIONS IN ORDER TO INSURE OPTIMUM COVERAGE.
