 1) THIS PERMIT CAME IN AS A OWNER/ BUILDER PERMIT. THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION AS OWNER LIST A GEORGIA AVE PB LLC
 AS OWNER AND AUDRIA QUIST. ON THE OWNER/ BUILDER FORM
 THE OWNER IS LISTED AS CHAD QUIST. PLEASE NOTE THE P.
 B. C. PROPERTY APPRAISERS OFFICE SHOWS THE PROPERTY
 SOLD LAST JUNE/ 2014 TO A GEORGIA AVE P B LLC. IF THE
 CURRENT OWNER HAS BOUGHT IT SINCE THEN THEY WILL NEED
 TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTATION THAT THEY ARE THE CURRENT
 OWNERS. A CORPORATION, OR A LLC CAN NOT PULL PERMITS
 SINCE THEY AS A OWNER CAN NOT APPEAR AS A INDIVIDUAL.
 FL. S. 489.103. THE OTHER ISSUE THIS IS A 2 STORY
 COMMERCIAL BUILDING WITH 2 OFFICES UPSTAIRS THAT HAVE
 PULLED SEPARATE OCCUPATIONAL LICENSES
 (BUSINESS TAX). OWNER /BUILDERS CAN NOT RENT OR LEASE
 OUT THE PROPERTY UNDER A OWNER BUILDER PERMIT.
  
 2) THE PLANS INDICATE THEY WERE DESIGNED TO THE 2010
 FBC. THE FIFTHED EDITION OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE
 (2014) WAS ADOPTED AND IN AFFECT STATE WIDE ON JUNE 30/
 2015, THE SAME DAY THESE PLANS WERE SUBMITTED. PLEASE
 REVISE TO THE CURRENT EDITION OF THE FBC 2014 EDITION.
  
 3) PLEASE NOTE THE PLANS INDICATE WORK IS ONLY BEING
 COMPLETED ON THE 1ST FLOOR. SHEET 1.1 INDICATES
 EXISTING / PROPOSED. PLEASE PROVIDE A EXISTING FLOOR
 PLAN AND A PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN OF THE 1ST FLOOR.

 5) SHEET 1.1 & 1.3 BOTH SHOW A DOORWAY BEING CHANGED
 INTO A NEW WINDOW. PLEASE REVIEW THE 2014 FBC-B 1026.6
 REQUIRES THE EXTERIOR WALL TO BE A 1 HOUR FIRE RATING
 BECAUSE OF THE EXTERIOR STAIRS. SHEET 1.1 SHOWS (2)
 TENANTS ON THE 2ND FLOOR BOTH WITH ONLY (1) MEANS OF
 EGRESS FOR BOTH. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE 2 STAIRS CAN ONLY
 COUNT AS 1 SICNE THEY DO NOT END AT 1/2 THE DISTANCE
 APART.
  
 6) SHEET 1.1 & 1.3 THE DOORWAY ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING THAT IS BEING CHANGED INTO A WINDOW WILL NEED
 TO BE EITHER IN COMPLIANCE WITH 2014 FBC-B 716.5 &
 TABLE 716.5 OF 3/4 HR. THE NEW ENTRY DOOR AND SIDE
 LIGHTS WILL ALSO NEED TO MEET THIS SAME REQUIREMENT
 SINCE THEY ARE WITHIN 10'-0" OF THE STAIRS.
  
 7) PLEASE ALSO NOTE THE 2 FIRE RATED OPENINGS WILL NEED
 TO EITHER HAVE FIRE RATED GLAZING, THERE ARE VERY FEW
 PRODUCTS THAT HAVE FIRE RATED GLAZING AND LARGE MISSILE
 TESTED GLAZING UNITS. EITHER STORM SHUTTERS OR FIRE
 SHUTTERS WILL BE REQUIRED. A FIRE SHUTTER CAN NOT BE
 USED OVER THE ONLT MEANS OF EGRESS. FOR A FIRE SHUTTER
 TO BE INSTALLED FOR THE NEW CORNER WINDOW IT WILL BE
 REQUIRED TO BE ACTIVATED BY A FIRE ON THE INTERIOR OF
 THE BUILDING.
  
 8) SHEET 1.3 SHOWS THE NEW WINDOW TO HAVE PRESSURES OF
 +44.5/ -48.3. FOR ZONE 5 FOR 20 SQ. FT. THE PRESSURES
 FOR 170 MPH, VULT, EXPOSURE C, MEAN ROOF HEIGHT OF 20
 FT.,
 +38.6/ -50.4 VASD. THE NEGATIVE PRESSURES ARE LOW, FOR
 WALL ZONE # 5 END ZONE.
  
 9) 2014 FBC 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS
 WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
  
  
 10) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE
 REVISION & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES
 AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
