 NOTE:
 1. THE PHILIPS LUMEC LEONIS SERIES OF LIGHTING DOES NOT
 COMPLY WITH THE DOWNTOWN STREET LIGHTING REQUIREMENTS -
 THE FIXTURE SHALL BE MOUNTED ON TOP OF THE POLE WITH
 THE LAMP CENTER AT 17 FEET ABOVE GRADE. THE PHILIPS
 LUMEC URBANSCAPE PRODUCT MOUNTED ON A POLE APPEARS THAT
 IT WOULD COMPLY WITH THE DOWNTOWN REQUIREMENTS.
 2. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT PALM BEACH COUNTY COMMITTED TO
 COORDINATING WITH RELATED TO USE THE SAME OR SIMILAR
 LIGHT FIXTURES IN THE FLORIDA AVENUE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND
 THE ENTRY DRIVE AND PLAZA TO MAINTAIN CONSISTENCY
 BETWEEN THE TWO PROJECTS. THE SPECIFIED TYPES DO NOT
 APPEAR TO BE CONSISTENT.
 3. THE POLES SHOWN IN THE CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY MAY NOT BE
 PERMITTED ON THE SITE LIGHTING PERMIT, BUT RATHER SHALL
 BE PERMITTED THROUGH THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DIVISION.
 4. ONE OF THE LIGHT POLES IS LOCATED WITHIN THE FIRE
 DEPARTMENT ACCESS DRIVEWAY.
 K. WORK WITHIN THE FUTURE STAGING AREA
  
 2) SIGN #23 AND SIGN #24 AT STAIRWELLS #3 AND #4 SHALL
 INCLUDE THE WORD ?ONLY? AFTER EMERGENCY EGRESS.
  
 3) A SIGN SHALL BE ADDED ON EACH FLOOR AT THE STAIRWELL
 #2 DOOR DIRECTING PATRONS TO EXIT TO THE CONVENTION
 CENTER AT THE ELEVATOR LOBBY.
