 COVERED ENTRY STRUCTURE. ALL OTHER ELEMENTS DEPICTED ON
 THE SITE PLANS HAVE NOT APPROVED BY ZONING. AS SUCH,
 THE FOLLOWING ITEMS REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMIT SUBMITTALS,
 WITH PLANS, AND HAVE NOT BEEN REVIEWED AS PART OF THIS
 PERMIT:
  
 A. LANDSCAPE, TO INCLUDE TREE REMOVAL AND RELOCATION.
 PLEASE NOTE CUS 1 THROUGH 3 ARE SHOWN IN LOCATIONS
 WHERE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS HEDGES.
 B. IRRIGATION
 C. PARKING GARAGE ACCESS LANES, TO INCLUDE PAVING,
 STRIPING, AND SIGNAGE
 D. BICYCLE RACKS
 E. EXTERIOR SIGNAGE
 F. WORK AND IMPROVEMENTS IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY
 G. FENCES AND GATES NOT LOCATED WITHIN THE GARAGE
 H. GENERATOR AND ENCLOSURE
 I. HARDSCAPE, TO INCLUDE THE PAVERED ENTRY AREA AND
 SIDEWALKS
 J. SITE LIGHTING, TO INCLUDE PEDESTRIAN BOLLARDS -
 NOTE: THE PHILIPS LUMEC LEONIS SERIES OF LIGHTING DOES
 NOT COMPLY WITH THE DOWNTOWN STREET LIGHTING
 REQUIREMENTS ? THE FIXTURE SHALL BE MOUNTED ON TOP OF
 THE POLE WITH THE LAMP CENTER AT 17 FEET ABOVE GRADE.
 THE PHILIPS LUMEC URBANSCAPE PRODUCT MOUNTED ON A POLE
 APPEARS THAT IT WOULD COMPLY WITH THE DOWNTOWN
 REQUIREMENTS. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT PALM BEACH COUNTY
 COMMITTED TO COORDINATING WITH RELATED TO USE THE SAME
 OR SIMILAR LIGHT FIXTURES IN THE FLORIDA AVENUE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY AND THE ENTRY DRIVE AND PLAZA TO MAINTAIN
 CONSISTENCY BETWEEN THE TWO PROJECTS.
 K. WORK WITHIN THE FUTURE STAGING AREA
  
 2) SHEET AE160 HAS AN ARROW CALLING OUT THE ADA ACCESS
 AISLE AS YELLOW STRIPING. THIS STRIPING SHALL BE BLUE,
 NOT YELLOW.
  
 3) SHEET AE501 AND SHEETS SW 120-SW170 DO NOT SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE CONDITION THAT THE SIGNS WITHIN THE
 CONVENTION CENTER GARAGE GUIDE USERS TO THE ELEVATORS
 AND STAIRWELLS AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE
 CONVENTION CENTER GARAGE AND CLEARLY SIGN THE REMAINING
 STAIRWELLS AS EMERGENCY EGRESS ONLY. SIGN S23 BEING
 SHOWN AT THE NORTHEAST STAIRWELL INDICATES THAT THE
 STAIRWELL IS FOR NORMAL EXITING OF THE GARAGE. IF THIS
 IS THE CASE, THEN THE EXIT TO THE STAIRWELL NEEDS TO BE
 CONNECTED INTO THE SITE SIDEWALK NETWORK ALONG THE
 NORTH SIDE OF THE GARAGE WITH NO LOSS OF LANDSCAPE.
 SIGN TYPE S22 IS SHOWN ON THE PLAN BUT NO DETAIL OF
 THIS SIGN IS INCLUDED.
  
 4) THE PHOTOMETRICS ON EACH FLOOR NEED TO BE CONTINUED
 OUTSIDE OF THE GARAGE WALL TO THE PROPERTY LINE AROUND
 THE GARAGE.
  
 5) PROVIDE INFORMATION ON HOW GLARE FROM THE INTERIOR
 AND EXTERIOR LIGHTS ONTO THE ADJACENT RESIDENTIAL
 PROPERTY AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY WILL BE CONTROLLED.
