 2) BEDROOM #2 IS SHOWN LIKE GOING THRU THE CLOSET TO GO
 TO THE PORCH. THIS IS NOT ALLOWED. CLEARLY SHOW THE
 CLOSET DOORS AND HALLWAY FROM BEDROOM TO THE DOOR
 LEADING TO THE PORCH.
  
 3) CLEARLY IDENTIFY WHICH WINDOWS ARE GOING TO BE
 REPLACED OR REMOVED. WINDOWS ON THE EXISTING FLOOR PLAN
 AND PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN DON'T MATCH. SEE NEW LIVING
 AREA ON REAR APARTMENT AND LIVING ROOM ON MAIN HOUSE.
 IS THE FIREPLACE GOING TO BE REMOVED? SPECIFY EGRESS
 WINDOWS FOR BEDROOM #1 ON REAR APARTMENT.

 1- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY BUILDING (2300 N. JOG RD.) FOR IMPACT FEES
 ASSESSMENT. BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF
 PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. REQUIRED BY THE COUNTY
 IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT
 CODE.
  
 2- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVISE ALTERATION LEVEL
 SPECIFIED ON SHEET S-1. REAR UNIT IS MORE THAN 50% WORK
 AREA AND THERE IS AN ADDITION ON THE FRONT UNIT.
 SPECIFY COMBINATION ALTERATION LEVELS AS REQUIRED BY

 WINDOWS AND NEW SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS. AND, PROVIDE
 COMPLETE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE. PLEASE VISIT THE CITY
 WEBSITE FOR SAMPLE OF HURRICANE SHUTTERS INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE. PROTECTION OF OPENINGS IS REQUIRED BY SEC.

 ON CITY RECORDS, THERE IS A PORCH ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
 THE BEDROOMS. THERE ARE DOORS LEADING TO THIS PORCH.
 CLOSING THE DOORS WILL CREATE A SAFETY HAZARD. SEC.
