2015-07-30 11:30:00PLEASE NOTE THAT I, MIKE ALBARRAN, ELECTRICAL PLANS
 EXAMINER HAVE COMPLETED THE SECOND (2ND) REVIEW OF THE
 ABOVE MENTIONED JOB. BELOW ARE THE COMMENTS WITH
 REGARDS TO THE REQUIRED CORRECTIONS. THE FOLLOWING
 ITEMS SHALL BE CORRECTED AND THE PLANS RESUBMITTED FOR
 ANOTHER REVIEW.
  
 1. THE RISER DIAGRAM MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF NEC 230.2 &
 NEC 230.40. HAD THIS BEEN THE ONLY DEFICIENCY NOTED A
 NOTE FOR THE FIELD INSPECTOR TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WOULD
 HAVE SOLVED THE PROBLEM, BUT OTHER ITEMS ARE MISSING AS
 NOTED BELOW.
 2. RISER DIAGRAM, LOAD CALCS & PANEL SCHEDULE SHALL BE
 SITE SPECIFIC. LOAD CALCS, PANEL SCHEDULE AND RISER
 DIAGRAM AS SUBMITTED DO NOT MATCH.
 3. DEFINE ON THE ELECTRICAL PLAN THE AREA OF WORK.
 4. INDICATE ON THE ELECTRICAL PLAN WHERE IS ?MAIN HOUSE
 BEDROOM 3?, AS DESCRIBED ON THE NOTES.
 5. ALL REPLACEMENT RECEPTACLES SHALL BE INSTALLED AS
 DESCRIBED IN NEC 406.3(D)(1) THROUGH (D)(3).
 6. ALL NEW RECEPTACLES SHALL BE LISTED AS ?TAMPER
 RESISTANT? AS INDICATED IN NEC 406.11.
 7. NEC 210.52(E)(1) REQUIRES THAT THERE BE A GFI OUTLET
 IN BOTH THE FRONT AND REAR OF THE DWELLING. IF THE
 SCOPE OF WORK ENCOMPASSES ANY WORK AT ANY OF THOSE
 AREAS, THAT OUTLETS SHALL BE INSTALLED AS INSTRUCTED BY
 NEC 406.8.
 8. SMOKE DETECTOR PLACEMENT AS REFLECTED ON THE
 ELECTRICAL SHEET DOES NOT MEET THE FBC-R 314 OR 315
 REQUIREMENTS. DUE TO THIS ADDITION, SMOKE DETECTOR
 COMPLIANCE SHALL BE ADHERED TO THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE
 HOUSE. THESE DEVICES SHALL BE INTER-CONNECTED AS WELL.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. PLEASE, ADDITIONALLY, INSERT
 CORRECTED PAGES INTO TO SUBMITTAL AND LEAVE THE
 PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS.
