 SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) PLEASE DECIDE WHERE THE SCOPE OF THIS PERMIT IS
 GOING TO TAKE PLACE. THE 1ST SUBMITTED PLANS INDICATED
 UNITS C & D. THE 2ND SET OF PLANS NOW INDICATES UNITS A
 & B, WHERE AS THE PERMIT APPLICATION STILL INDICATES
 UNITS C & D. 2010 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 107.2.1. ADMINISTRATION,
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION.
  
 2) THE VALUE OF THIS PROJECT IS ALSO TO LOW TO BE
 CONSIDERED A DEMOLITION AND INTERIOR BUILDOUT. THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES THE DEMOLITION OF ONE
 WALL. SHEET 1 INDICATES (2) WALLS BEING REMOVED. SHEET
 2 & 3 SHOW NEW WALLS AND ELECTRICAL PLEASE UPDATE THE
 VALUE OF THE PERMIT IF THIS IS TO BE A INTERIOR
 BUILDOUT.

 FEES. ON BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, ELECTRICAL, GAS,
 MECHANICAL AND PLUMBING SYSTEMS OR ALTERATIONS
 REQUIRING A PERMIT, A FEE FOR EACH PERMIT SHALL BE PAID
 AS REQUIRED, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHEDULE
 ESTABLISHED BY THE APPLICABLE GOVERNING AUTHORITY.
  
 108.3* BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION.
 IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE
 CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS
 APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.
  
  
 3) IF A TENANT IMPROVEMENT SHEETS 2 & 3 FAIL TO PROVIDE
 HOW THE NEW WALLS ARE GOING TO BE CONSTRUCTED. 2010
 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL
 NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
 2010 FBC-B 1607.13 INTERIOR WALLS AND PARTITIONS.
 INTERIOR WALLS AND PARTITIONS THAT EXCEED 6 FEET (1829
 MM) IN HEIGHT, INCLUDING THEIR FINISH MATERIALS, SHALL
 HAVE ADEQUATE STRENGTH TO RESIST THE LOADS TO WHICH
 THEY ARE SUBJECTED BUT NOT LESS THAN A HORIZONTAL LOAD
 OF 5 PSF (0.240 KN/M2).
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
