 OCCUPANCY TYPE AS MERCANTILE AND THE GENERAL BUILDING
 CODE ANALYSIS BOX ON E-1 NOTES THE OCCUPANCY AS
 BUSINESS.CLARIFY. ALSO, THE INFORMATION IN THE GENERAL
 BUILDING CODE ANALYSIS BOX ON SHT. E-1 DOES NOT APPEAR
 TO BE FOR THIS SPACE. THE TENANT SPACE IS LISTED AS
 6300 SQ.FT. AND SHT. S-1 NOTES THIS SPACE AS 1300 SQ.
 FT. IF DOES NOT APPLY TO THIS SPACE THEN DELETE IT FROM
 THE PLANS.
 2) THIS OCCUPANCY SHALL BE CLASSIFIED PER SEC. 302 OF
 THE 2010 - FBC-BUILDING.INDICATE THE CORRECT OCCUPANCY
 ON BOTH SHEETS OF BOTH SETS OF PLANS.
 3) THERE IS ALSO A DISCREPANCY IN THE TYPE OF
 CONSTRUCTION ON THE PLANS.SHT. S-1 NOTES THE TYPE OF
 CONSTRUCTION AS TYPE III ( IN THE ZONING & OCCUPANCY
 BOX) & AS TYPE IIB ( IN THE CODE INFORMATION BOX). WHAT
 TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION IS IT? SHT. E-1 SHOWS THE TYPE OF
 CONSTRUCTION AS IIB IN THE GENERAL BUILDING CODE
 ANALYSIS BOX. THE TYPE OF CONSRTUCTION SHALL BE THE
 SAME ON ALL SHEETS. REVISE THE INFORMATION ON ALL
 SHEETS TO MATCH.
 4) THE NEW P-1 SHEET THAT WAS SUBMITTED SHOWS THE
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION AS "BUSINESS" AND
 "MERCANTILE". CLARIFY. THIS DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE A
 MIXED OCCUPANCY AND IT IS NOT A MERCANTILE
 OCCUPANCY.REVISE ALL THE SHEETS TO REFLECT THE CORRECT
 OCCUPANCY OF THIS SPACE AND THE CORRECT TYPE OF
 CONSTRUCTION.
 5) THE FLOOR DRAIN SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH A FLOOR
 DRAIN.SHOW THIS ON THE PLAN.
 6) THERE IS NO CONNECTION OF THE HOT WATER LINE SHOWN
 AT THE HOT WATER HEATER. CLARIFY.
  
 NOTE: CORRECTIONS SHALL BE MADE TO ALL THE SHEETS ON
