 THE PLANS DO NOT CONTAIN SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE
 THE WORK PROPOSED OR SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL
 CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT
 LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS
  
 FBC 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN
 UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL. ELECTRONIC MEDIA DOCUMENTS
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED WHEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL
 CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT
 LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED
 BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS,
 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC,
 AND THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE
 OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS
 EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS
 AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE
 OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. (SEE ALSO
 SECTION 107.3.5).
  
 PLEASE RESOLVE THE FOLLOWING CONFLICTS OR PROVIDE
 ADDITIONAL DETAIL IN THE SUBMITTED DRAWINGS AS FOLLOWS:
  
 1. INCORPORATE SHEET S-0 INTO THE DRAWING SET IF IT IS
 INTENDED THAT IT REMAIN PART OF THE SUBMITTAL.
 2. SHEET S-0 INDICATES BUILDING C WILL HAVE NO WORK
 DONE ON IT YET SHEET S-1 STATES "NEW WORK IN THIS
 BUILDING."
 3. SHEET S-1 FLOOR PLAN SHOWS A SECTION A IS ON SHEET
 S-1 BUT NO SECTION A EXIST.
 4. SHEET S-1 INDICATES NEW CONCRETE FLOOR BUT HAS NO
 DETAIL.
 5. INSULATION VALUES ON PLAN V. ENERGY SUBMITTAL
 CONFLICT.
 6. INADEQUATE DETAILS ARE PROVIDED FOR THE APPLICATION
 OF STUCCO.
 7. COVERED PATION FOUNDATION DETAILS LACK BASIC
 REEQUIRED INFORMATION.
 8. ELEVATIONS AND DETAILS PROVIDED ARE NOT COORDINATED
 WITH PLAN.
  
 NOTE; IN GENERAL, THIS PLAN IS DEFICIENT TO THE POINT
 THAT A REVIEW CANNOT BE EFFICIENTLY PERFORMED. IT IS
 SUFFICIENT TO STATE THAT THE ENGINERE OF RECORD SHOULD
 FULLY RE-EVALUATE THIS PLAN.
  
  
 GENERAL COMMENTS FROM 1ST & 2ND REVIEW ARE BELOW:
  
  
 MINIMUM PLAN REVIEW CRITERIA SHALL BE PROVIDED PER FBC
 107 TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
  
 1.AN ENERGY SUBMITTAL
  
 2.PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR WINDOWS & ROOFING FBC 107.3.4 -
 PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY
 FAC RULE 9N-3 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. SPECIFICALLY, PROVIDE ROOFING,
 WINDOW, AND DOOR SUBMITTALS.
  
 3.STRUCTURAL DETAILS FOR THE NEW OVERHANGS
  
 4. OPEN CONDITION WHERE EXISTING SHUTTERS ARE PROPOSED
 TO BE REMOVED
