 A) PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE FIRE SEPARATION AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 803.2 OF 2010 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING AND SEC. R302.3 OF
 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 B) INFORMATION SHOWN ON TENANT SEPARATION FLOOR SECTION
 DOESN'T MATCH INFORMATION SHOWN ON THE EXISTING TYPICAL
 WALL SECTION. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH. SEC. 107.2.1
 CITY AMENDMENTS. NOTE: LOOK AT THE GA FILE FOR CORRECT
 INFORMATION FOR THE SELECTED FIRE RATED ASSEMBLY AND
 REVISE DETAILS ACCORDINGLY. ALSO, TENANT SEPARATION
 DETAIL IS FOR ONE STORY. THIS IS A TWO STORY HOUSE.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH ACTUAL CONDITIONS.
  
 C) EXISTING TYPICAL WALL SECTION CALLS FOR "EXISTING
 TILE ROOF". THERE IS NOT TILE ROOF ON THIS HOUSE.

 A) CLEARLY IDENTIFY SIZE OF MULLIONS TO BE USED TO
 VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC.
 R301.
  
 B) DRAWINGS ARE TOO SMALL. THERE ARE TWO SHEETS OF
 DRAWINGS INSERTED ON EACH PAGE. PROVIDE ONE SHEET ON
 EACH PAGE SO DRAWINGS ARE LARGE ENOUGH TO BE READ. SEC.
 107.2.1.4 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 5- ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS TO BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN
 WRITING (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) BY THE ENGINEER OF

 PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED HAVE THE ENGINEER'S REVIEW
 STAMP.
