 ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 2- NEED TO SPECIFY CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS. SEC R315 OF
 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 3- SHEET A901: REVISE THE SLIDING GLASS DOORS AND
 WINDOWS HEAD AND JAMB NOTES. BEVELED BUCKS ARE NOT

 A) PROVIDE CORRECT BUILDER'S NAME, CORRECT PERMIT
 OFFICE AND CORRECT JURISDICTION NUMBER ON TOP OF FORM.
  
 B) IDENTIFY WHERE ARE THE INSULATED DOORS SHOWN ON PAGE
 4 OF 6. IT DOESN'T MATCH PLANS AND PRODUCT APPROVALS.
  
 C) REVISE THE BUILDING ORIENTATION TO MATCH PLANS. AND,
 REVISE THE WALLS AND WINDOWS ORIENTATION ACCORDINGLY.
  
 D) REVISE THE OVERHANG DEPTH AND SEPARATION OF EACH
 WINDOW/DOOR TO MATCH PLANS.

 FOR LISTED ADHESIVE.
  
 D) PEEL & STICK CONCRETE ROOF TILE UNDERLAYMENT AS
 SPECIFIED ON DETAIL D1 OF SHEET A801.
  
 E) PRECAST LINTELS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 11- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE ALL
 PRODUCT APPROVALS IN WRITING (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING)
 AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 12- CLARIFY WHY THERE IS ANOTHER ENGINEER (NOT THE
 ENGINEER OF RECORD) SUBMITTING A "WINDOW & DOOR
 INSTALLATION?. ALSO, THE DESIGN PRESSURES ARE DIFFERENT
 THAN THOSE SPECIFIED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD. WHICH
 ONE IS THE ONE WITH THE CORRECT DESIGN PRESSURES? AND,
 THE SLIDING GLASS DOORS MULLIONS ARE NOT CLEAR
 (HORIZONTAL OR VERTICAL?). SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 13- CLEARLY IDENTIFY MULLION SIZE FOR OPENINGS #108,
 #109 AND #110 TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES OF SEC. R301 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. CLEARLY
 IDENTIFY THE VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL MULLIONS.

 THE COVER PAGE IS MISSING THE ENGINEER OF RECORD
 INFORMATION AND EACH INDIVIDUAL TRUSS DRAWING NEEDS THE
 TRUSS ENGINEER'S INFORMATION.
  
 B) ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE TRUSS
 PACKAGE BEFORE SUBMITTAL.
  
 NOTE: TRUSS PACKAGE DOESN'T NEED TO BE RE-SUBMITTED TO
 THIS OFFICE NOW. ON RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS, THE
 CONTRACTOR MAY DELIVER THE REVISED TRUSS PACKAGE TO THE
 INSPECTOR AT TIME OF FRAMING INSPECTION.
  
 16- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND ALL DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. VALUATION WAS UPDATED TO $568,741. THE
 PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS $8938.19.
  
 ***PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH
 COMMENT TO EXPEDITE REVIEW PROCESS.
