 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET LS-1 SHOWS A RAISED PLATFORM AND STAGE. SHEET
 D-1 INDICATES A FLOOR LOADING OF 55 LBS. THIS OCCUPANCY
 IS DECLARED AN A2 NIGHTCLUB. THE MINIMUM UNIFORM
 DISTRIBUTED LOADS FOUND IN FBC-B TABLE 1607.1(4) 125
 PSF AND THE STAIRS 100 PSF.
  
 2) SHEET LS-1 THE RAISED PLATFORM WILL NEED TO ALL THE
 RISERS TO BE THE SAME HEIGHT AS REQUIRED IN 2010 FBC-B
 1009.4.2 RISER HEIGHT AND TREAD DEPTH. STAIR RISER
 HEIGHTS SHALL BE 7 INCHES (178 MM) MAXIMUM AND 4 INCHES
 (102 MM) MINIMUM. 1009.4.4 DIMENSIONAL UNIFORMITY.
 STAIR TREADS AND RISERS SHALL BE OF UNIFORM SIZE AND
 SHAPE. THE TOLERANCE BETWEEN THE LARGEST AND SMALLEST
 RISER HEIGHT OR BETWEEN THE LARGEST AND SMALLEST TREAD
 DEPTH SHALL NOT EXCEED 3/8 INCH (9.5 MM) IN ANY FLIGHT
 OF STAIRS.
  
 3) DISCREPANCY IN PLAN, THE PLANS INDICATE 3 RISERS,
 FROM THE CITYS VISIT OF SITE AND PICTURES OF THE
 LOCATION THE REISERS ARE NOT UNIFORM AND REVIEW THE
 AMOUNT OF RISERS SHOWN IN PLAN (3) 3 X 7+ 21 INCHES,
 THE PLANS INDICATE THE PLATFORM HEIGHT OF 14 INCHES.
 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED
 DESCREPANCY IN PLANS.
  
 4) THE PLATFORM DOES NOT SHOW HOW VERTICAL
 ACCESSIBILITY WILL BE ACHIEVED, PLEASE PROVIDE
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2010 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE,
 201.1.1 VERTICAL ACCESSIBILITYSECTIONS 553.501-553.513,
 F.S., AND THE ADA STANDARDS FOR ACCESSIBLE DESIGN DO
 NOT RELIEVE THE OWNER OF ANY BUILDING, STRUCTURE OR
 FACILITY GOVERNED BY THOSE SECTIONS FROM THE DUTY TO
 PROVIDE VERTICAL ACCESSIBILITY TO ALL LEVELS ABOVE AND
 BELOW THE OCCUPIABLE GRADE LEVEL REGARDLESS OF WHETHER
 THE STANDARDS REQUIRE AN ELEVATOR TO BE INSTALLED IN
 SUCH BUILDING, STRUCTURE OR FACILITY.
  
 5) THE PLATFORM ALSO IS MISSING A HANDRAIL REQUIRED BY
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 504.6 HANDRAILS. STAIRS SHALL
 HAVE HANDRAILS COMPLYING WITH 505. 505.2 WHERE
 REQUIRED. HANDRAILS SHALL BE PROVIDED ON BOTH SIDES OF
 STAIRS AND RAMPS.
  
 505.4 HEIGHT.
 TOP OF GRIPPING SURFACES OF HANDRAILS SHALL BE 34
 INCHES (865 MM) MINIMUM AND 38 INCHES (965 MM) MAXIMUM
 VERTICALLY ABOVE WALKING SURFACES, STAIR NOSINGS, AND
 RAMP SURFACES. HANDRAILS SHALL BE AT A CONSISTENT
 HEIGHT ABOVE WALKING SURFACES, STAIR NOSINGS, AND RAMP
 SURFACES.
  
 505.10 HANDRAIL EXTENSIONS.
 HANDRAIL GRIPPING SURFACES SHALL EXTEND BEYOND AND IN
 THE SAME DIRECTION OF STAIR FLIGHTS AND RAMP RUNS IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH 505.10.
  
 6) THE DJ BOOTH DOES NOT INDICATE IF THIS IS ABOVE THE
 FLOOR OR A PIT BENEATH THE FLOOR LEVEL. SHEET D1 DOES
 NOT GIVE ANY ELEVATIONS NEITHER DOES SHEET LS1.

 9) SHEET LS-1THE PLANS FAIL TO PROVIDE SQ. FEET AREA OF
 OCCUPANCIES AND ACCESSORY OCUPANCIES INDICATE THE
 SQUARE FOOTAGE OF EACH AREA TO SEE IF THIS BUILDING
 QUALIFIES AS A MIXED USE OCCUPANCY BETWEEN THE A2 AND
 STORGE ROOM. SEE FBC-B TABLE 508.4 FOR HOUR RATINGS.
  
 10) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE
 REVISION & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES
 AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
