 ELECTRONICALLY
 UPON APPLICATION AND FEE PAYMENT DESIGN DOCUMENTS
 SUBMISSION OPTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
 1 UPLOAD VIA THE PROJECT DOX PORTAL WITH DIGITAL
 SIGNATURES OF DESIGN PROFESSIONALS AS APPLICABLE; USE
 THE REQUIRED NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 2 INCLUDE ON A CD IF DESIGN PROFESSIONAL DIGITAL
 SIGNATURES ARE PROVIDED AS REQUIRED; USE THE REQUIRED
 NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 3 INCLUDE ON A CD WITH ONE SET OF TRADITIONAL PAPER
 DESIGN DOCUMENTS SIGNED AND SEALED AS REQUIRED; USE THE
 REQUIRED NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 4 ONE SET OF TRADITIONAL PAPER DESIGN DOCUMENTS SUBJECT
 TO ADMINISTRATIVE FEES TO DIGITIZE THE DOCUMENTS
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED WHEN IT BECOMES
 AVAILABLE.

 ACCESSIBILITY CODE;
  
 2010 FL. ACCESS. CODE 404.2.4 MANEUVERING CLEARANCES.
 MINIMUM MANEUVERING CLEARANCES AT DOORS AND GATES SHALL
 COMPLY WITH 404.2.4. MANEUVERING CLEARANCES SHALL
 EXTEND THE FULL WIDTH OF THE DOORWAY AND THE REQUIRED
 LATCH SIDE OR HINGE SIDE CLEARANCE.
  
 2010 FL. ACCESS. CODE 307.2 PROTRUSION LIMITS. OBJECTS
 WITH LEADING EDGES MORE THAN 27 INCHES (685 MM) AND NOT
 MORE THAN 80 INCHES (2030 MM) ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR
 GROUND SHALL PROTRUDE 4 INCHES (100 MM) MAXIMUM
 HORIZONTALLY INTO THE CIRCULATION PATH.
  
 2) DOOR # 19 DOES NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED MANUEVERING
 CLEARANCES OF 60 INCHES FROM THE FACE OF THE DOOR,
 ACCESS. FIGURE 404.2.4.1(A).
  
 3) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
