 SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THIS ONE ISSUE WILL BE RULED ON BY THE FIRE
 DEPARTMENT AND SINCE THEY WERE THE ONES THAT APPROVED
 THE LOCATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION TRAILER WITH THE
 STIPULATION THAT THE BUILDING WOULD BE LEFT
 UN-OCCUPIED. SHEET A.0 INDICATES TO THE EAST A CLEAR
 DRIVEWAY OF 20 FT. PLEASE BE AWARE THE CONSTRUCTION
 TRAILERS ARE JUST TO THE EAST OF THE DRIVEWAY. ONE OF
 THE CONDITIONS THAT THE FIRE DEPARTMENT PUT ON THE
 PLACEMENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION TRAILERS WAS COMPLIANCE
 WITH NFPA 251 WITH 60 FEET OF EXPOSED SIDE OF THE
 TRAILER THEY WOULD BE REQUIRED TO BE 50 FEET AWAY FROM
 BUILDINGS. AN AGREEMENT WAS MET THAT KAST COULD LEAVE
 THEIR CONSTRUCTION TRAILER WHERE IT WAS IF THE BUILDING
 TO THE WEST WAS LEFT UNOCCUPIED. NOW IT WOULD APPEAR
 THAT EITHER THE BUILDING REMAIN UNOCCUPIED OR KAST
 CONSTRUCTION TRAILER BE MOVED EAST TO COMPLY WITH NFPA
