 SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 ACTION: DENIED
  
 1) DISCREPANCY IN ADDRESSING OF THE PROPERTY. THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES THE ADDRESS TO BE 705 N.
 OLIVE AVE. THE PROPERTY APPRAISER HAS THIS PROPERTY'S
 ADDRESS AS 375 EUCALYPTUS ST, THE 3RD PHASE OF THE
 OVER-ALL PROJECT. PLEASE CORRECT THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 AND ENERGY CALCULATIONS TO REFLECT THE JOBSITE ADDRESS
 OF 375 EUCALYPTUS ST. PLEASE PROVIDE THE UNITITY OF
 TITLE. THE ADDRESS OF 705 N OLIVE DOES NOT SHOW UP WITH
 THE PROPERTY APPRAISERS WEB SITE WHICH IS USUAL WHEN
 THERE IS A REPLAT. BUT THE ADDRESS OF 375 EUCALYPTUS IS
 STILL SHOWING UP AS A SEPARATE PROPERTY CONTROL NUMBER
 AND ADDRESS. PERMIT: 14030096 : ADDRESS 705 N OLIVE IS
 A 8 LEVEL BUILDING, LOFTIN PLACE, A DIFFERENT LOCATION,
 PCN NUMBER AND ADDRESS.
  
 2) 2ND REQUEST. I'VE SPOKE WITH THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
 R. BROWN ABOUT THIS ISSUE, AND HE DOES NOT WANT TO HAVE
 A NEW ELEMENT BE A CODE VILATION.
 SHEET A.0 TEMPORARY LEASING OFFICE DOES NOT SHOW WHERE
 THE PROPERTY LINE IS LOCATED, IT CAN NOT BE DETERMINED
 IF THE FRONT ENTRY DOOR CROSSES OVER THE PROPERTY LINE.
 PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH 2010 FBC-B 3202.2
 ENCROACHMENTS ABOVE GRADE AND BELOW 8 FEET IN HEIGHT.
 DOORS AND WINDOWS SHALL NOT OPEN OR PROJECT INTO THE
 PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 3) BUILDING PROVISO:
 THIS ONE ISSUE WILL BE RULED ON BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
 AND SINCE THEY WERE THE ONES THAT APPROVED THE LOCATION
 OF THE CONSTRUCTION TRAILER WITH THE STIPULATION THAT
 THE BUILDING WOULD BE LEFT UN-OCCUPIED. SHEET A.0
 INDICATES TO THE EAST A CLEAR DRIVEWAY OF 20 FT. PLEASE
 BE AWARE THE CONSTRUCTION TRAILERS ARE JUST TO THE EAST
 OF THE DRIVEWAY. ONE OF THE CONDITIONS THAT THE FIRE
 DEPARTMENT PUT ON THE PLACEMENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION
 TRAILERS WAS COMPLIANCE WITH NFPA 251 WITH 60 FEET OF
 EXPOSED SIDE O FTHE TRAILER THEY WOULD BE REQUIRED TO
 BE 50 FEET AWAY FROM BUILDINGS. AN AGREEMENT WAAS MET
 THAT KAST COULD LEAVE THEIR CONSTRUCTION TRAILER WHERE
 IT WAS IF THE BUILDING TO THE WEST WAS LEFT UNOCCUPIED.
 NOW IT WOULD APPEAR THAT EITHER THE BUILDING REMAIN
 UNOCCUPIED OR KAST CONSTRUCTION TRAILER BE MOVED EAST
 TO COMPLY WITH NFPA 251.
  
 4) COMPLIED. SHEETS A1 & A2 BOTH SHOW THE EXISTING
 WINDOWS TO BE BLOCKED IN, THERE IS NO INFORMATION AS TO
 HOW THE NEW INFILL WILL BE TIED TO THE EXISTING
 BLOCKWORK.
 2010 FBC-B 2104.1.3 INSTALLATION OF WALL TIES. WALL
 TIES SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH TMS 602/ACI
 530.1/ASCE 6.
  
 5) 2ND REQUEST. SHEET A2 INDICATES VASD PRESSURES FOR
 THE NEW OPENING. THE PLANS FAIL TO IDENTFY THE
 WINDDESIGN CRITERIA, THE IMPORTANCE FACTOR OF THE
 BUILDING, EXPOSURE CATEGORY OF THE BUILDING AND OR IF
 HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT FACTORS ARE INVOLVED. THESE LISTED
 CRITERIA DETERMINES THE PRESSURES, WITHOUT THIS
 INFORMATION, WE CAN'T DETERMINE WHAT CRITERIA THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD ARRIVED THE PRESSURES FOR THE
 OPENING.

 7) 2010 FBC 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS
 WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
  
 7A) ONCE THEWIND DESIGN CRITERIA & PRESSURES ARE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED. EITHER THE DESIGNER OF RECORD OR
 THE CONTRACTOR CAN ELECT TO SUBMIT THE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS AFTER THE PERMIT ISSUANCE, WRITTEN
 NOTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 107.3.4.2 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS
 SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE
 PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE
 TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD.
 DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. DOCUMENTS FOR
 DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 REGISTERED DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL REVIEW
 THEM AND FORWARD THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH A
 NOTATION INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL
 CONFORMANCE TO THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE
 DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE
