| ADDRESS AS 375 EUCALYPTUS ST, THE 3RD PHASE OF THE |
| OVER-ALL PROJECT. PLEASE CORRECT THE PERMIT APPLICATION |
| AND ENERGY CALCULATIONS TO REFLECT THE JOBSITE ADDRESS |
| OF 375 EUCALYPTUS ST. PLEASE PROVIDE THE UNITITY OF |
| TITLE. THE ADDRESS OF 705 N OLIVE DOES NOT SHOW UP WITH |
| THE PROPERTY APPRAISERS WEB SITE WHICH IS USUAL WHEN |

| INDICATES TO THE EAST A CLEAR DRIVEWAY OF 20 FT. PLEASE |
| BE AWARE THE CONSTRUCTION TRAILERS ARE JUST TO THE EAST |
| OF THE DRIVEWAY. ONE OF THE CONDITIONS THAT THE FIRE |
| DEPARTMENT PUT ON THE PLACEMENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION |
| TRAILERS WAS COMPLIANCE WITH NFPA 251 WITH 60 FEET OF |
| EXPOSED SIDE O FTHE TRAILER THEY WOULD BE REQUIRED TO |
| BE 50 FEET AWAY FROM BUILDINGS. AN AGREEMENT WAAS MET |
| THAT KAST COULD LEAVE THEIR CONSTRUCTION TRAILER WHERE |
| IT WAS IF THE BUILDING TO THE WEST WAS LEFT UNOCCUPIED. |
| NOW IT WOULD APPEAR THAT EITHER THE BUILDING REMAIN |
| UNOCCUPIED OR KAST CONSTRUCTION TRAILER BE MOVED EAST |
| TO COMPLY WITH NFPA 251. |
