 PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES THE ADDRESS TO BE 705 N.
 OLIVE AVE. PERMIT: 14030096 IS A 8 LEVEL BUILDING,
 LOFTIN PLACE. THE PLANS SUBMITTED SHOW THE PROPERTY IN
 QUESTION ON THE CORNER OF EUCALYPTUS ST. AND N. DIXIE
 HWY. THE PROPERTY APPRAISER HAS THIS PROPERTY'S ADDRESS
 AS
 375 EUCALYPTUS ST. THE 3RD PHASE OF THE OVER-ALL
 PROJECT.
  
 2) SHEET A.0 TEMPORARY LEASING OFFICE DOES NOT SHOW
 WHERE THE PROPERTY LINE IS LOCATED, IT CAN NOT BE
 DETERMINED IF THE FRONT ENTRY DOOR CROSSES OVER THE
 PROPERTY LINE. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH 2010 FBC-B
 3202.2 ENCROACHMENTS ABOVE GRADE AND BELOW 8 FEET IN
 HEIGHT. DOORS AND WINDOWS SHALL NOT OPEN OR PROJECT
 INTO THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 3) SHEET A.0 INDICATES TO THE EAST A CLEAR DRIVEWAY OF
 20 FT. PLEASE BE AWARE THE CONSTRUCTION TRAILERS ARE
 JUST TO THE EAST OF THE DRIVEWAY. ONE OF THE CONDITIONS
 THAT THE FIRE DEPARTMENT PUT ON THE PLACEMENT OF THE
 CONSTRUCTION TRAILERS WAS COMPLIANCE WITH NFPA 251 WITH
 60 FEET OF EXPOSED SIDE O FTHE TRAILER THEY WOULD BE
 REQUIRED TO BE 50 FEET AWAY FROM BUILDINGS. AN
 AGREEMENT WAAS MET THAT KAST COULD LEAVE THEIR
 CONSTRUCTION TRAILER WHERE IT WAS IF THE BUILDING TO
 THE WEST WAS LEFT UNOCCUPIED. NOW IT WOULD APPEAR THAT
 EITHER THE BUILDING REMAIN UNOCCUPIED OR KAST
 CONSTRUCTION TRAILER BE MOVED EAST TO COMPLY WITH NFPA
 251.
  
 4) SHEETS A1 & A2 BOTH SHOW THE EXISTING WINDOWS TO BE
 BLOCKED IN, THERE IS NO INFORMATION AS TO HOW THE NEW
 INFILL WILL BE TIED TO THE EXISTING BLOCKWORK.

 BEING A PLENUM RETURN, THERE CAN BE NO COMBUSTIBLES IN
 THE PLENUM, IF A LOUVERED DOOR IS TO BE USED IT MUST BE
 METAL. SEE 2010 FBC-M 602.2.1. MATERIALS WITHIN
 PLENUMS.

 SOFFITS BUT THERE IS NO ATTACHMENT NOR FRAMING DESIGN
