 WORK WILL BE DONE UNTIL THE EXPIRED PERMIT IS ISSUED
 AND INSPECTED. AN INSPECTION HOLD HAS BEEN PLACED ON
 PERMIT 15040482.

 3. THE EXPIRED PERMIT 02090676 HAS BEEN PULLED IN
 ANTICIPATION OF APPLICATION FOR A REISSUE PERMIT (AND
 IS NOT SCANNED INTO OUR RECORDS SYSTEM). THE
 APPLICATION STATES THAT THE REROOF WAS INSULATION OVER
 A CONCRETE DECK. THE DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED BY CONTRACTOR
 STATE THAT THIS IS A WOOD DECK, SO NO MOISTURE SURVEY
 IS REQUIRED. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS DISCREPANCY.
  
 IF THE DECKS ARE CONCRETE, REMOVE THE MANUFACTURER'S
 LETTER STATING THAT THEY ARE WOOD DECKS AND SUBMIT A
 MOISTURE SURVEY. AN INQUIRY TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
 AND RECORDS RETENTION SUPERVISOR HAS BEEN PLACED IN
 ORDER TO DETERMINE WHETHER A MASTER CAN STILL BE USED
 FOR THIS PROJECT.
  
 IF THE DECKS ARE WOOD, PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF THIS SINCE
 THE ONE REROOF PERMIT (WHICH WAS ISSUED AND INSPECTED)
 INDICATES OTHERWISE.
  
 IF NOT ALL OF THE DECKS ARE IDENTICAL, A MASTER CANNOT
 BE USED. CONTRACTOR IS TO REVISE EACH APPLICATION TO
 INDICATE ROOF DECK TYPE AND THE APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS
