 6. APPLICATION AND PROPOSAL SPECIFY GACO FLEX S2000,
 1.5 GALLONS PER 100 SF. SEE PAGE 3 OF THE NOA; TWO
 COATS AT A MINIMUM RATE OF .75 GAL / 100' EACH ARE
 REQUIRED. ALTHOUGH THE TOTAL GALLONS PER SF IS
 CONSISTENT WITH THE NOA, THE APPLICATION METHOD
 PROPOSED ("A TOP COAT") DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE NOA.
  
 3RD REVIEW - CONTRACTOR HAS PROVIDED SPEC SHEETS WHICH
 ALLOW 1 COAT RATHER THAN 2. THE MIAMI DADE NOA SHOULD
 NOT BE USED AS THIS IS NOT THE APPLICATION FOR THIS
 JOB. HOWEVER, FBC 1507.15.1 REQUIRES THAT
 LIQUID-APPLIED ROOF COATINGS COMPLY WITH ONE OF SEVERAL
 STANDARDS. THE MIAMI DADE NOA INDICATES THAT THE S2000
 COMPLIES WITH ASTM D 6694. I WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE ANY
 ONE OF THE REQUIRED ASTM STANDARD OPTIONS IN THE SPEC
 SHEET.
  
 AS YOU DO NOT WISH TO INSTALL THIS PRODUCT AS REQUIRED
 BY THE NOA, PLEASE REMOVE THE NOA. PROVIDE SOMETHING
 WHICH PROVIDES DOCUMENTATION THAT THIS PRODUCT COMPLIES
 WITH ONE OF THE OPTIONS LISTED IN FBC 1507.15.1.
  
 7-8. OK
  
 9. PERMIT 02090676 FOR 7404 74TH WAY IS EXPIRED (DID
 NOT OBTAIN A FINAL INSPECTION). IF THIS PROJECT
 INCLUDES THIS ADDRESS, THIS PERMIT IS TO BE RESOLVED
 PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF THE PERMIT FOR THAT BUILDING.
  
 3RD REVIEW - AS THIS JOB WILL PROGRESS QUICKLY,
 CONTRACTOR IS TO WRITE A LETTER STATING THAT THEY
 UNDERSTAND THAT THIS BUILDING FOR PERMIT 02090676 WILL
 NOT BE DONE AT THIS TIME AS A REISSUE PERMIT HAS NOT
 BEEN APPLIED FOR.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE FIVE COMPLETE
 COLLATED SETS OF DOCUMENTS FOR PERMIT ISSUANCE (REMOVE
 MIAMIDADE NOA, INSERT DOCUMENT WHICH INCLUDES THE ASTM
