 3. REVISE FLOOR PLAN TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING
 INFORMATION FOR BEDROOMS IF WINDOW HEIGHT IS LESS THAN
 51?; FBC R310, FBC EB 604.1. THE CLEAR OPENING CANNOT
 BE REDUCED BY MORE THAN 5%:
  
 REVISE PLAN TO STATE WHAT TYPE OF WINDOW IS THERE NOW
 IN THE BEDROOMS - AWNING, CASEMENT, SINGLE HUNG?
  
 REVISE PLAN TO STATE WHAT THE EXISTING CLEAR OPENING
 DIMENSIONS ARE. CLEAR OPENING IS THE OPENING WHICH
 EXISTS WHEN THE WINDOW IS FULLY OPEN.
  
 REVISE PLAN TO STATE WHAT THE PROPOSED CLEAR OPENING
 DIMENSIONS ARE. THIS CAN BE OBTAINED FROM THE
 MANUFACTURER
  
 4. A SLIDING GLASS DOOR PRODUCT APPROVAL WAS SUBMITTED,
 NONE SHOWN ON THE PLAN, FBC 107. ONE NOA IS FOR A
 SINGLE HUNG WITH A FIXED WINDOW, NONE SHOWN ON THE
 PLAN. REVISE PLAN TO SPECIFY LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED
 ITEMS OR OTHERWISE RESOLVE THE INCONSISTENCY. IF THEY
 ARE NOT BEING INSTALLED, YOU CAN STATE THIS ON THE
 RESUBMITTAL FORM AND THE PRODUCT APPROVALS WILL BE
 REMOVED FOR YOU.
  
 5. DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW PRODUCT APPROVALS PRIOR
 TO SUBMITTAL, FBC 107. THIS CAN BE DONE WITH A SHOP
 DRAWING REVIEW STAMP ON THE PRODUCT APPROVALS, A
 LETTER, OR BY INCORPORATING THE NOA NUMBERS INTO THE
 PLAN.
  
 6. APPLICATION IS NOT CONSISTENT WITH PLAN. APPLICATION
 STATES THAT TWO EXTERIOR DOORS PROPOSED, PLAN SHOWS
 THREE. DESCRIPTION ON PERMIT HAS BEEN REVISED TO BE
 CONSTENT WITH THE PLAN. IF THE PLAN IS NOT CORRECT,
 PLEASE REVISE ACCORDINGLY FBC 107.
  
 7. AS THIS PARCEL IS LOCATED IN A HISTORIC DISTRICT,
 HISTORIC REVIEW REQUIRED. PRIOR TO ISSUANCE, ALL
 PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE TO BE APPROVED BY THE HISTORIC
 PRESERVATION DEPARTMENT, CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH
