 ELECTRONICALLY
 UPON APPLICATION AND FEE PAYMENT DESIGN DOCUMENTS
 SUBMISSION OPTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
 1 UPLOAD VIA THE PROJECT DOX PORTAL WITH DIGITAL
 SIGNATURES OF DESIGN PROFESSIONALS AS APPLICABLE; USE
 THE REQUIRED NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 2 INCLUDE ON A CD IF DESIGN PROFESSIONAL DIGITAL
 SIGNATURES ARE PROVIDED AS REQUIRED; USE THE REQUIRED
 NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 3 INCLUDE ON A CD WITH ONE SET OF TRADITIONAL PAPER
 DESIGN DOCUMENTS SIGNED AND SEALED AS REQUIRED; USE THE
 REQUIRED NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 4 ONE SET OF TRADITIONAL PAPER DESIGN DOCUMENTS SUBJECT

 ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE TO THE BUILDING FROM THE
 ACCESSIBILE PARKING SPACE AND ACCESS AISLE. ICE MACHINE
 BLOCKS THE SIDEWALK AND SEE THE REQUIRED WIDTH OF
 SIDEWALK AND TURNING FOR ENTRY AT DOOR. SHEET AD103
 SHOWS PLANTERS IN FRONT OF THE CONCENIENCE STORE WHERE
 AS SD201 SHOWS A ICE MACHINE BLOCKING THE ROUTE ON THE
 SIDEWALK TO THE STORE ENTRANCE DOOR. NEITHER SHEET
 AD103 OR AD201 INDICATE IF THE EXISTING CURB IS FLUSH
 AT THE ENTRY DOOR, THERE IS A STATEMENT THAT THE NEW
 PAVEMENT AT THE ADDITION IS TO BE FLUSH WITH THE
 EXISTING SIDEWALK BUT NO STATEMENT OF WHAT HAPPENS AT
 THE EXISTING FRONT ENTRY FOR CODE COMPLIANCE WITH
 ACCESSIBILITY.
  
 2010 FL ACCESSIBILITY CODE 206.2.1 SITE ARRIVAL POINTS.
 AT LEAST ONE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE SHALL BE PROVIDED WITHIN
 THE SITE FROM ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES AND ACCESSIBLE
 PASSENGER LOADING ZONES; PUBLIC STREETS AND SIDEWALKS;
 AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION STOPS TO THE ACCESSIBLE
 BUILDING OR FACILITY ENTRANCE THEY SERVE.

 CODE SECTION 94-485. THE PLANS SHOW THE DOUBLE
 STRIPPING AS REQUIRED BY THE CITY STANDARDS BUT THE
 PLANS STILL CO NOT SHOW THE REQUIRED DIMENSIONS UNDER
 THE MUNI-CODE AND ACCESSIBILITY CODE. 2010

 3) 2ND REQUEST. SHEET AD201 INDICATES WHERE THE NEW
 ADDITION IS TO THE EXISTING BUILDING TO FLUSH UO THE
 NEW PAVEMENT TO THE EXISTING SIDE WALK. THIS SHEET NOR
 AD103 SHOW THE PROPOSED GRADES NOR THE TRANSITION OF
 GRADE ELEVATION AT THE EXISTING SIDEWALK VERSES THE
 PAVEMENT. 2010 FL ACCESS. CODE 502.4. 502.4 FLOOR OR
 GROUND SURFACES.
 PARKING SPACES AND ACCESS AISLES SERVING THEM SHALL
 COMPLY WITH 302. ACCESS AISLES SHALL BE AT THE SAME
 LEVEL AS THE PARKING SPACES THEY SERVE. CHANGES IN
 LEVEL ARE NOT PERMITTED.
 EXCEPTION: SLOPES NOT STEEPER THAN 1:48 SHALL BE
 PERMITTED.
  
 4) COMPLIED> PLANS DO NOT INDICATE COMPLIANCE WITH 2010
 FL ACCESS. CODE 904.4 SALES AND SERVICE COUNTERS.
 SALES COUNTERS AND SERVICE COUNTERS SHALL COMPLY WITH
 904.4.1 OR 904.4.2. THE ACCESSIBLE PORTION OF THE
 COUNTER TOP SHALL EXTEND THE SAME DEPTH AS THE SALES OR

 THE EAST ELEVATION SHOWS A WOOD DOOR WITH STEEL DOOR
 FRAME, THE SUBMITTED REPORT FL 14940 JELD-WEN IS A 24
 GAUGE STEEL DOOR AND STEEL DOOR FRAME DISCREPANCY IN
 PRODUCTS, NOT REVIEWED BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.

 LOUVERS, EFIS SYSTEMS, CIRCLE WIDTH, LENGHT, GLAZING
 TYPE, FASTENERS AND ASSOCIATED PRESSURES.
 (D) ROOFING PRODUCTS AND ASSEMBLIES NO PRODUCT
 APPROVALS WERE SUBMITTED ON THE 2ND REVIEW. NOTE NO
 WORK IS BEING COMPLETED UNDER THIS PERMIT, THE ADDITION
 WILL ADD ROOF AREA WHICH WILL NEED TO BE SIZED THE THE
 EXISTING ROOF.
  
 6C) COMPLIED .SHEET AD201 INDICATES THE WINDOWS TO BE
 SLIDERS WHERE AS THE PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED WAS FOR
 ALUMINUM STOREFRONT SYSTEM.
  
 6D) 2ND REQUEST. SHEET AD201 ALSO INDICATES A NEW
 MOTORIZED SECURITY SHUTTER.
  
 7) 2ND REQUEST. SHEET AD201 SHOWS A ROOF CURB AND WHAT
 APPEARS TO BE INSULATED ROOF WITH PITCH TO A ROOF
 SCUPPER, NOTE THERE IS NO CALCULATION FOR RAIN/ ROOF
 AREA NOR STHE MINIMUM SIZE OF SCUPPER.
 7A) 2ND REQUEST. FBC-B P] 1503.4 ROOF DRAINAGE.
 UNLESS ROOFS ARE SLOPED TO DRAIN OVER ROOF EDGES,
 DESIGN AND INSTALLATION OF ROOF DRAINAGE SYSTEMS SHALL
 COMPLY WITH SECTION 1503 AND THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 PLUMBING, CHAPTER 11.
  
 7B) 2ND REQUEST. 1503.4.2 SCUPPERS. WHERE REQUIRED FOR
 ROOF DRAINAGE, A SCUPPER SHALL BE PLACED LEVEL WITH THE
 ROOF SURFACE IN A WALL OR PARAPET. THE SCUPPER SHALL BE
 LOCATED AS DETERMINED BY THE SLOPE AND THE CONTRIBUTING
 AREA OF THE ROOF. THE EXTERIOR FACING OR LINING OF A
 SCUPPER, IF METAL, SHALL BE THE SAME AS FLASHING
 MATERIAL REQUIRED BY SECTIONS 1503 THROUGH 1510 FOR THE
 PARTICULAR TYPE OF COVERING SPECIFIED FOR THE BUILDING.
 FOR OTHER TYPE MATERIALS, FOLLOW MANUFACTURER?S
 SPECIFICATIONS.
  
 7C) 2ND REQUEST. 1503.4.1 SECONDARY DRAINAGE REQUIRED.
 SECONDARY (EMERGENCY) ROOF DRAINS OR SCUPPERS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WHERE THE ROOF PERIMETER CONSTRUCTION EXTENDS
 ABOVE THE ROOF IN SUCH A MANNER THAT WATER WILL BE
 ENTRAPPED IF THE PRIMARY DRAINS ALLOW BUILDUP FOR ANY
 REASON.
  
 7D) 2ND REQUEST. 1503.4.2.1 OVERFLOW SCUPPERS.
 WHEN OTHER MEANS OF DRAINAGE OF OVERFLOW WATER IS NOT
 PROVIDED, OVERFLOW SCUPPERS SHALL BE PLACED IN WALLS OR
 PARAPETS NOT LESS THAN 2 INCHES (51 MM) NOR MORE THAN 4
 INCHES (102 MM) ABOVE THE FINISHED ROOF COVERING AND
 SHALL BE LOCATED AS CLOSE AS PRACTICAL TO REQUIRED
 VERTICAL LEADERS OR DOWNSPOUTS OR WALL AND PARAPET
 SCUPPERS. AN OVERFLOW SCUPPER SHALL BE SIZED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, PLUMBING.
  
 7E) 2ND REQUEST.1503.7 PROTECTION AGAINST DECAY AND
 TERMITES.
 CONDENSATE LINES AND ROOF DOWNSPOUTS SHALL DISCHARGE AT
 LEAST 1 FOOT (305 MM) AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE SIDEWALL,
 WHETHER BY UNDERGROUND PIPING, TAIL EXTENSIONS, OR
 SPLASH BLOCKS. GUTTERS WITH DOWNSPOUTS ARE REQUIRED ON
 ALL BUILDINGS WITH EAVES OF LESS THAN 6 INCHES (152 MM)
 HORIZONTAL PROJECTION EXCEPT FOR GABLE END RAKES OR ON
 A ROOF ABOVE ANOTHER ROOF.
  
 8)SHEET AS201 SHOW DETAIL 2 OOF FRAMING FOR THE
 SIDEWALL & NEW ROOF. THIS DETAIL FAILS TO PROVIDE THE
 CONNECTION TO THE EXISTING ROOF FRAMING, DOES THE
 EXISTING LAST FRAMING MEMBER GET DOUBLED? DOES THIS
 FRAMING MEMBER REQUIRE ADDITIONAL STAPPING FOR THE
 ADDITIONAL UPLIFT OF A LARGER TRIBUTARY AREA AND BEING
 PART OF THE MWFRS?
  
 9) IMPACT FEES. BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE
 ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY.
 THE ACTUAL PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT
 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION. PLEASE CALL (561)233-5025 FOR MORE

 10) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE
 REVISION & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES
 AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
