 SHEET A-2.1 SHOWS THE TENANTCY AS A SINGLE TENANT FULL
 FLOOR BUILD-OUT. THE FLOOR PLATE APPROXIMATELY 12,992
 SQ. FT. OF BUSINESS OCCUPANCY. THE ROOMS NUMBERS
 IDENTIFIED AS 704,708,710 & 720 ARE ALL CONSIDERED A
 ASSEMBLY USAGE NOT BUSINESS. WHEN THE SQUARE FOOT AREAS
 ARE TOTALED TOGETHER(1,927 SQ. FT.) THEY ARE OVER THE
 10 % OF THE FLOOR PLATE AND THE FLOOR PLATE BECOMES A
 MIXED USE OCCUAPANCY.
  
 2010 FBC-B 508.2.1 AREA LIMITATIONS. AGGREGATE
 ACCESSORY OCCUPANCIES SHALL NOT OCCUPY MORE THAN 10
 PERCENT OF THE BUILDING AREA OF THE STORY IN WHICH THEY
 ARE LOCATED AND SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TABULAR VALUES IN
 TABLE 503, WITHOUT BUILDING AREA INCREASES IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 506 FOR SUCH ACCESSORY
 OCCUPANCIES.

 PRIMARY OCCUPANCY AND MULTIPLE ACCESSORY OCCUPANCIES,
 WHEN EACH ACCESSORY OCCUPANCY IS LESS THAN 750 SQ. FEET
 EACH OR
 ONLY WHEN THE TOTAL OF ALL ACCESSORY OCCUPANCIES IS
 LESS THAN 750 SQ. FEET IN AREA?
 COMMENT:
 AN EXAMPLE WOULD BE A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY WITH ONE
 ACCESSORY AREA OF 700SF FOR GATHERINGS AND MEETINGS AND
 A SECOND
 ACCESSORY AREA OF 650SF FOR FITNESS AND WORKOUT. IS THE
 EXCEPTION LIMITATION OF 750 S.F. MAX APPLIED TO EACH
 ACCESSORY AREA, IN
 WHICH CASE THIS BUILDING WOULD COMPLY, OR TO THE
 COMBINED TOTAL OF THE TWO ACCESSORY AREAS, IN WHICH

 SPACE. HOWEVER, THE SECTION TO WHICH THE EXCEPTION
 RELATES WOULD LIMIT
 THE AGGREGATE ACCESSORY OCCUPANCIES TO 10% OF THE AREA
 OF THE FLOOR ON WHICH THEY ARE LOCATED. IF THE AREA OF
 TWO COMBINED
 ASSEMBLY USES EXCEEDED 10%, THEN AT LEAST ONE OF THE
