 SHEET DOES NOT HAVE THE OCCUPANCY SEPARATION CHECKED OR
 THE EXCEPTIONC CHECKED EITHER. SHEET A-2.1 SHOWS THE
 TENANTCY AS A SINGLE TENANT FULL FLOOR BUILD-OUT. THE
 FLOOR PLATE APPROXIMATELY 12,992 SQ. FT. OF BUSINESS
 OCCUPANCY. THE ROOMS NUMBERS IDENTIFIED AS 704,708,710
 & 720 ARE ALL CONSIDERED A ASSEMBLY USAGE NOT BUSINESS.
 WHEN THE SQUARE FOOT AREAS ARE TOTALED TOGETHER(1,927
 SQ. FT.) THEY ARE OVER THE 10 % OF THE FLOOR PLATE AND
 THE FLOOR PLATE BECOMES A MIXED USE OCCUAPANCY.
  
 2010 FBC-B 08.2.1 AREA LIMITATIONS. AGGREGATE ACCESSORY
 OCCUPANCIES SHALL NOT OCCUPY MORE THAN 10 PERCENT OF
 THE BUILDING AREA OF THE STORY IN WHICH THEY ARE
 LOCATED AND SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TABULAR VALUES IN
 TABLE 503, WITHOUT BUILDING AREA INCREASES IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 506 FOR SUCH ACCESSORY
 OCCUPANCIES.
  
 THE DESIGNER OF RECORD WILL NEED TO INDICATE THE DESIGN
 REQUIREMENTS AS EITHER COMPLYING WITH:
 FBC-B 508.3 NONSEPARATED OCCUPANCIES. BUILDINGS OR
 PORTIONS OF BUILDINGS THAT COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS

 SLIDDING DOORS AS A PART OF A MEANS OF EGRESS WHEN THE
 OCCUPANT LOAD IS GREATER THAN 10.
