 1) PLEASE REFER TO SHEETS M2.1.1 AND A3.3: THE SURVEY
 IS INDICATING AN ALLEYWAY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING SPANNING 14'4" TO THE ADJOINING PROPERTY LINE.
 THE NORTH IS THE LOCATION SIDE FOR MANY AIR INTAKE
 INLETS AND EXHAUST OUTLETS FROM THE GROUND FLOOR TO THE
 SIXTH FLOOR PARKING LEVELS. THERE ARE SEVERAL ISSUES
 HERE THAT MAY HAVE GONE UNNOTICED BY THE DESIGN
 PROFESSIONALS. A) SECTION 401.4 (1) FBC-10 MECHANICAL:
 THIS SECTION IS REQUIRING A 10' CLEARANCE DISTANCE TO
 LOT LINES FOR INTAKE OPENINGS, HOWEVER THE DISTANCE IS
 TO BE MEASURED TO THE CENTER OF THE STREET OR PUBLIC
 WAY. THE ALLEY WAY CENTERLINE IS 7'2" WHICH WOULD MEAN
 THE AIR INLET LOCATIONS DO NOT APPEAR TO MEET THE CODE.
 B) REFER TO SECTION 501.2.1.1: THIS SECTION PROHIBITS
 EXHAUST TO BE DIRECTED ONTO WALKWAYS. IT APPEARS BY THE
 DRAWINGS THAT THE GARAGE AND GENERATOR EXHAUST
 TERMINATIONS ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE. C) REFER TO
 SECTIONS 401.4(2) AND 401.4.1: IT APPEARS BY THESE CODE
 SECTIONS THAT THE GENERATOR EXHAUST TERMINATION MAY BE
 LOCATED TOO CLOSE TO THE GRAVITY OPENING INTO THE
 GENERATOR ROOM.
 2) REGARDING THE MITSUBISHI PIPING DIAGRAMS, I AM STILL
 SEEING AC 2-5 IN THE DIAGRAM BUT NOT IN THE AC
 SCHEDULE, AND AC 1A-2 IN THE SCHEDULE BUT NOT IN THE
 DIAGRAM.
