 COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS FOR GRIP SIZE. SHOW ALL
 DIMENSIONS.
  
 2. THE DETAILS HAVE BEEN REDUCED AND ARE DIFFICULT TO
 READ. REFER TO ISSUED PERMIT FOR AN EXAMPLE OF
 LEGIBILITY, FBC 107.
  
 3. THERE IS A NOTE ON THE PLAN WHICH STATES THAT THESE
 STAIRS ARE AN EXACT REPLACEMENT. DUE TO THE EXTENT OF
 REPAIR, THIS MAY NOT BE PERMITTED IF THE STAIR DOES NOT
 COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FBC 2010 RESIDENTIAL
 311.
  
 ELEMENTS WHICH DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS FOR
 NEW STAIRS, IF ANY SUCH ITEMS EXIST, ARE TO BE NOTED ON
 THE PLAN AND CLOUDED OR OTHERWISE CLEARLY INDICATED FOR
 CONSIDERATION.
  
 4. REMOVE THE STATEMENT IN "SCOPE OF WORK" WHICH STATES
 THAT "ALL RISERS ARE OPEN" AS THAT IS NOT PERMITTED AND
 DRAWING HAS ALREADY BEEN MODIFIED BY ENGINEER.
  
 5. PROVIDE A REASONABLE VALUE FOR THE PERMIT (15010077)
 OR PROVIDE AN ITEMIZED ESTIMATE TO JUSTIFY $900 VALUE,
