 1. THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING THE LANDSCAPE PLANS FOR THE
 PROJECT. PLEASE SEE THE COMMENTS BELOW FOR CORRECTIONS
 THAT NEED TO BE MADE TO THE PLANS:
  
 A. MAHOGANY (EXCELLENT CONDITION) TREE NO. 8 SHOWN AS
 REMAINING ON THE EXISTING CONDITION/TREE RELOCATION
 PLAN SHALL BE INCLUDED ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 B. LIVE OAK (GOOD CONDITION) TREE NO. 32 IS SHOWN AS
 RELOCATED ON THE EXISTING CONDITION/TREE RELOCATION
 PLAN, YET IT IS SHOWN REMAINING IN PLACE ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN. THIS TREE SEEMS TO BE IN CONFLICT WITH
 PROPOSED 8 IN. GV #3, 8 IN. DCDA #1 AND 8 IN. PIV #1.
  
 C. MAHOGANY (EXCELLENT AND GOOD CONDITION) TREE NOS.
 14, 15, 24, 28, 38 AND 122 AND LIVE OAK (GOOD
 CONDITION) TREE NOS. 77 AND 86 ARE SHOWN AS BEING
 REMOVED ON THE ON THE EXISTING CONDITION/TREE
 RELOCATION PLAN. THESE TREES SHALL BE RELOCATED AND NOT
 DESTROYED. THE MAHOGANY TREES SHALL BE USED TO FILL IN
 THE MISSING GAPS ALONG THE SOUTH BUFFER AND THE OAK
 TREES SHALL BE USED IN LIEU OF PURCHASING NEW OAK
 TREES.
  
 2. PLEASE SHOW THE LIMITS OF WORK UNDER THE PHASE I
 VIBROFLOTATION PERMIT ON THE SUBMITTED LANDSCAPE PLANS
 SO IT IS CLEAR WHICH TREES WILL BE FENCED FOR
 PRESERVATION AND WHICH TREES WILL BE RELOCATED TO THE
 SOUTHERN BUFFER AREA THAT WILL NEED TO BE CONSTRUCTED
 PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE VIBROFLOTATION WORK.
 THE LIMITS OF WORK ON THIS PLAN WILL NOT INCLUDE THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY THAT THE PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED PLANS
 SHOWED. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY PORTIONS OF THE CONVENTION
 CENTER PARKING LOT WHICH WILL REMAIN OPEN SHALL INCLUDE
 THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPE ISLANDS.
  
 3. THE FICUS HEDGE THAT IS LOCATED ALONG THE SOUTH AND
 EAST PROPERTY WALLS IS IN BAD HEALTH AND SHALL BE
 REMOVED AS PART OF THIS PHASE. IT SHALL BE REPLACED
 WITH A NATIVE HEDGE AS PART OF THE LANDSCAPE
 INSTALLATION COMPLETION FOR THE SITE.
  
 4. PLEASE VERIFY WITH THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
 DIVISION IF THE SOUTHERN BUFFER AREA MAY BE INCLUDED
 WITH THIS PERMIT, REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT, OR IF IT
 IS HANDLED VIA THE ENGINEERING PERMIT.
